Joe Rogan's guest probably trained at the Deng Feng side of the mt. commercial and for "tourist" martial arts-real ones are not in Deng Feng lower level and do not advertise.

If you mean they practised an outdated and narrow form of combat strategy that was quickly being superceded by better, more adaptive combat strategies, and were untouched mostly because of the history and mystery surrounding them, then yes. Shaolin monks are modern day Spartans.

I'm already on the level like the fictional character Ancient One. I've got this great knowledge that makes this hocus pocus possible. I just uncovered it, my body hasn't fully evolved yet. But I feel it won't take long anymore. But I can't say I've practiced Shaolin. It's impossible difficult to reach the state I'm currently in. I can almost say it's a mutation. I do share my knowledge, but it's only the key to open doors to the paranormal world. We call ourselves the light bearers. I happen to be the greatest on Earth.
