Pwede pong maverify ang inyong cellphone indirectly, gaya nung magpa process kayo ng withdrawal then magpapadala ng OTP sa inyong cellphone. Pero tingin ko po, hindi siya makikita directly online unless siguro pupunta po kayo sa Pagibig office. Subukan nio din po mag email sa kanila po baka papayag ang pagibig. Hi Shee, yes you can, but you have to open a new account and put all the money as a lump sum contribution into the new MP2 account. That way all the dividends will just continue like you have another five-year extension term of your previous MP account.

Hi, nice meeting you po. Unfortunately for loyalty card plus you have to be there at the office for you to have the card because the card is a bank savings account and the bank representative will take your biometrics.

You have a few options: - wait for additional 2 years - gawa kayo ng authorization for someone to withdraw on your behalf.

Many times ako nagpunta sa pag Ibig if mag pay ng housing loan, ni isa sa kanila wala, nalang nag offer mag open ng loyalty plus card. Now ko lang nalaman tan. Salamat Kuya.

Just 2 valid ID's po then just go to any Pagibig office. Be sure to be early because the line is very long and they will only release a limited number of loyalty card plus in a day.

If you are asking how to get an online banking access to your UnionBank loyalty card plus it's very easy. You just need to download the UnionBank app in your phone and then follow the steps from there. Alternatively, you can go to any UnionBank branch to get your Internet banking access activated.

Actually may 2 years po. Kahit di nio pa po ma withdraw on the 5th year, until 7 years with dividends at tutubo pa rin po.

marami pang klangan i-improve sa MP2 withdrawal process, still di pa din efficient un pag withdraw sa MP2, paulet-ulet ng submission ng valid IDs, need i-add un option na crediting sa bank account, parang DAEM ng SSS. pwede naman na i-setup na un account at i-submit na un mga requriements for withdrawal beforehand para nde na ma-delay sa releasing

Unfortunately, you cannot use the old loyalty card. It has to be a LOYALTY CARD PLUS which is a bank savings account so I suggest that to claim your MP2 proceeds through check and then create an SPA from the country where you are in for your authorization to your representative, all the best and good luck.

Opo ma withdraw opa rin po. however, kung sakaling i withdraw mo na lahat ng savings mo sa P1 membership, they will deduct all your outstanding loans from your savings. you can only withdraw the net amount after all deductions. all the best and good luck.

If your loyalty card plus is from UnionBank there is no limit however if your loyalty card plus is from AUB then PhP 500,000 is the limit.

You have another 2 years para tutubo pa po ang inyong MP2 but with a slightly lower dividend using the P1 dividend rate. After total 7 years, hindi na po tutubo ang inyong MP2 account. stop na po ang dividends.

Once your proceeds are in your loyalty card account. You can do a bank transfer from that account to your regular bank account. Just make sure that your loyalty card has a Internet banking access. Alternatively, you can give your loyalty card plus to one of your family members and let them withdraw the money from the account via ATM.

Dont provide your personal info or entertain calls kani kanino kahit pa po sa pagibig. All my transactions are done online thru the pagibig facility. The process I have shown you on my recent video uploads. All went smoothly. No one from pagibig has to intervene.

For MP2 that's 5 years po.

Good am po, bakit hindi ko po ma withdraw yung MP2 ko kahit 60 na yung number of contribution or 5 years na po. Kailangan pa ba hintayin na matapos ang year 2024?

Hi, you may need to ask LANDBANK if your card is able to receive disbursement from PAGIBIG. I guess there are only specific cards or accounts in land bank that are able to receive disbursement money from PAGIBIG. All the best.

Opo tama po. MP2 savings will mature after 5 years at tutubo pa rin up to 7 years kung di pa nakukuha.

Hi Meryln, I believe you cannot do a pre-termination withdrawal online because the system will not allow you to proceed if you're MP2 account is not yet mature in this case you may need to go to any PAGIBIG office to do a pre-termination

Paano kung walang Loyalty Card? Nag file kasi ako noon para sa Loyalty Card pero ang sabi sa akin hindi pwede, nakalimutan ko lang kung yong sinabi na rason kung bakit ako hindi pwede mag avail ng Loyalty Card

Hey JR, yes you can apply for withdrawal online regardless of the amount however please take note that there is a limit of the amount that your loyalty card plus can receive not all loyalty card plus can receive more than 500,000. We will create another video related to this.

MP2 has a 5 year holding period. After 5 years, it will mature and you can proceed to withdraw all your savings.

Pag nakauwi po kayo, kuha po kayo ng loyalty card plus po. just go to any PAGIBIG office po. Please bring 2 valid ID's and you need to be very early coz there are a lot of members who take LCP. Limited lang po ang nirerelease ng pagibig on a daily basis so please be early.

Sir kong natransfer nasa loyal card san po ma kuha yong pera? San banko po yang loyalty card? BTW sir, yong loyalty plus ko po ay normal card number langpo sya lastyear ko po nakuha pero wala naman pong yong no.na CCv..ang sa likod po is yong card no.lang.bat po yon?

Hi Joy, you need to have a loyalty card plus the plus means it's a bank account. I believe the old loyalty card without the plus is not a bank account so you cannot use it to withdraw the money from your MP2 proceeds. Please go to any epic office to get a loyalty card plus

You have to do your contribution by yourself because you are already outside the Philippines so you have to contribute and put money in your P1 account.

Hi Liz, unfortunately, I believe you need to be present at the UnionBank office in order for you to update your personal details like your cell phone number. Alternatively, you may try to reach out to UnionBank and see if you can update your cell phone number even if you are abroad all the best.

Pareho po pala tayo. I went to Union bank to set up my Internet banking and have my mobile number registered in UnionBank. That's what I did before. I left the Philippines so my loyalty card plus personal details, cell phone number and everything have been set up before I left the Philippines. You may need to do that as well so that you can use benefits of your loyalty card plus seamlessly all the best and good luck

Unfortunately, sa ngayon po kailangan nasa Pinas po kayo dahil sa Pagibig office po ito kukunin, dahil kukuhanan po kayo ng biometrics. LCP is a bank account po.

You need to be in the Philippines to get the loyalty card plus because you have to physically be present at the Pagibig office so that they can take your biometrics. from what I know You cannot get your loyalty card plus outside the Philippines.

Hello Rey unfortunately you cannot do it outside the Philippines right now. you need to be in the Philippines to get a big loyalty card plus because PAGIBIG will take your biometrics. The loyalty card plus is a bank account.

What you can do is activate nio po at ayusin nio po ang inyong Loyalty Card plus kapag nasa Pinas po kayo. Kikita pa rin ng dividends ang MP2 po ninyo until 7 years. If gusto nio na talaga i withdraw, you may need to tick the option RELEASE THRU CHECK at ipakuha nio sa inyong kamag-anak by issuing an SPA diyan sa Embassy ng inyong bansa.

The loyalty card plus is a bank account that is linked to your PEB account. This account can be used to receive proceeds from any of your Puggy big membership disbursement, for example P1 housing loan, MP2, etc.

Hello po. You need to go to the PagIBIG office to update your email address and reset your password. However, since nasa labas kayo ng bansa, try going to the Philippine Embassy and look for your pagibig representative. Hingi po kayo ng tulong po sa kanila, baka matulungan po kayo. All the best.
