Never waste your hard earned money in those type of investments! They increase yes and the return is high but the risk also is too high! Invest only what you can afford to lose!

yes maganda ang mp2 pero every 5 years lang xa makukuha so for me that is not for passive income. kasi pag passive income dapat monthly meron dumarating sayo
insurances from sunlife, pru, manulife and fwd anre okay rin. hindi lang puro pag ibig mp2 dahil after how many years is may makukuha ka nang tubo.

Problem w fiancial passive income is u are limited to 500,000 PDIC safety when using banks. Outside of this safety net, ur passive income can disappear anytime.
