Africa needs a dictator with working brains. I have always ridiculed Uganda but to be honest this talk has changed my mind. Uganda is developing at the rate Aftica should be. It is ensuring sound development. Slow but sure. I am confident that in some years to come, assuming the next president shares the same views, it will be a very prosperous country. I also love the way he is anchored to his culture. These 'modern' leaders are drowning Aftica into foreign reliance in the name if development which is in the terms of the neocolonialists.

Do your research before you listen to this guy.. hes good with talk but Kenya Tanzania built the railways and 20 years on we are yet to have one to complete the inter connection, the cost of electricity should be less than 5 cents but ugandans pay 22 cents for a Unit of electricity
