Yes, facts and that’s realized by both the ‘dresser’ and ‘compliment-or’, (thank God) it’s the sigh and demeanor that follows the compliment that makes it feel back handed and disingenuous. Even so though, the goal might have been achieved but the effort still cannot be the same, factoring in the desired look/feel, the availability the the items and other circumstances around putting together a fit, fit for the specific day & or event.
