No overlays, multi tracks , or side stage session musicians. No Billion dollar production company , or fancy gimmicks Just the best RnR band that ever came out of the UK ! If you want real talent then this is it, The Stranglers !! In the scheme of things they never got the credit they so richly deserved ,should have been a stadium filling band no doubt, but alas the Western World is about making money.. Who wants the World ? Not Me !!!!!!

look at Dave playing that run as if he's just catching the bus. A master of his instrument

Jet is holding up very well. I doubt there's many who could do what he does at 71. He has the most physically demanding job in the band and he's completely on top of it. He's only continues to tour cos he wants to. Go Jet! AL USA

The stranglers were just too good end after their front man left, and they have since gone from strength to strength. One of the best bands around, pure raw energy and unbridled power on stage.

I was there as a teenager when they were hardly known. A lot of bikers followed them in those days because of Hugh.
