I made it but just half of what u made. My besan didn't get as dry at all it stayed liquidish. But when it was done it was pretty dry and very tasty. so thank you

How Did besan got so thin. It happens only if I use lots of ghee.. otherwise 1 cup ghee and 3 cup of besan,,it doesn’t happen. Did you add more ghee ?

Having made this burfi many times , it takes long time cooking on low flame and yes it does get thin like that .

I also had the same doubt , but I used to saute the besan on ghee on low flame for minutes.....but it is not easier as she stirring it is very hard to stir ....

U can call it poor man's Mysore paka. Because the only difference I noticed is there is little less ghee used in this sweet preperation compared to Mysore paka 😂😀
