Thank you so much for this amazing recipe,the end results was so tasty ,although i followed the recipe and measured all the ingredients I couldn't get the besan to turn to a soft peanut butter consistency as in the video please tell me what I did wrong ,turned out good but the laddu looked darker I also added some mace so tasty ,really pleased

This is a very testy and yummy sweet recepi. I always do this recepi on any occasion . You do this ladoos perfectly and ingredients quantity is also perfect. But one thing is that firstly add 3/4th of one string sugar syrup from all the syrup and remaining syrup do two string syrup and pour it into that mixture then the texture is very good to tha ladoos.This is only a suggestion to you.But your receipt is great.This is my experience .I learn this ladoo from my granny.
