Until it feels kinda hard, then add a little oil then wash it out. You can add oil while you brush rag up then wash it off or you can do it how I did it.

If you already have waves 3-4 times a week…if you don’t have waves at all you can do it everyday as long as you add oils and moisture to your hair after you do the method

To be honest don’t, it will make your hair silky but it’s not healthy for your hair in the long run. If you want to get waves fast do this method it straightens your hair while you brush and you can keep it in your hair for 24/hrs before washing it out. Make sure if you going to keep it in your hair for 24/hrs you brush all day and rag up everytime you stop and before you sleep.

Cold water doesn’t rinse off a thick layer of soap mixed with the product, especially with your Durag on that’s why I had to apply my Durag and rinse again to remove completely.

So you don't need a special brush for waves all you need is dedication and consistency

You do need a good brush to go Elite, but to answer your question no you don’t need a “special brush” for waves, you can get waves with any brush that pulls your hair.
