I’ve made this delicious bread a while back and thought to share the recipe with you. It’s actually a recipe from the 1920s and uses basic ingredients found in your kitchen. If you’re looking for something a little different to serve in the mornings or at snack time, this bread will definitely be the perfect choice! You can toast it, or eat it as is. It’s absolutely delicious with your favorite jam spread on top or you can use cream cheese, or both, or even Nutella! I also enjoy it plain and dunking it in my coffee in the morning. Peanut Butter Bread - Quick And Easy!
Preheat oven 350° F
Grease a 9” x 6” x 3” loaf pan
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups milk
Bake 45 - 60 minutes
