TFS. You did a good job of NOT making us watch you separate the napkin layers. You started, and then you jumped to when you were done. Suggest you look for other ways to do that. Like when you put the glue stick on the card stock. Do a couple of strokes, then jump to the end and say "There, that's done", and move ahead. Same with cutting the napkin edges off after it's glued in place. In those cases, we see what you're doing, we don't need to watch the whole thing. Not making us watch repetitive steps speeds up the video, keeps our interest, and is a good way to get subscribers in my opinion. Thanks again for sharing.
Thank you for sharing a very simple and easy technique. I have tried other methods but I was not as successful as I was with your presented technique. I also went a step further and put some glossy Mod Podge on top once the glue had dried. It came out great with a nice shine and the paper remained smooth. This is my method going forward! Happy crafting!
Love this! Beautiful card! And I love the final touches!!
Wow!! You just saved me a lot of $$ on greeting cards! So very lovely. Thank you.
Great idea, I just came across your video after watching the plastic wrap ..so glad I did. Thank you for the tip.
This made a lovely card , I have done this on Journal pages , but never thought to do it on a card ,,, ,xxxx🌼🌺🌸
Absolutely beautiful! Thank you for sharing your "no iron" method with us. Can't wait to try this technique.
I am SO GLAD I watched this after the iron on tutorial !!! This so much easier and looks beautiful. 🤗😇😇
Wow how nice! I love the idea of using the gel pen on the napkin too, to make it your own! Lovely!
What a gorgeous paper napkin, it looks so lovely on the front of the card. Such an easy technique too. Thank you.
Wheee! I have these napkins from Dollar Tree. I just put them in the goodwill box because I couldn’t figure out what to do with them. I’m so glad I stumbled onto this! Ty!
This was truly an easier way to make cards from napkins. The embellishing was a great touch also. Thanks.
That looks a professionally made, store-bought card! The addition of the little dab of sparkle on the butterfly and flowers really makes the pop. My great grandmother used to make home-made cards out of old greeting cards and calendars that people had given her. Sometimes, folks would give her old cards (or ones they messed up, with smeared ink, etc.) as a way to recycle. She cut out images and words and make new cards with them. She would have LOVED this!
I love that you used the “KISS” rule. Can’t wait to try your technique.
Your card is really beautiful. Thank you for sharing!
That is so simple and much easier than melting the plastic. It's just beautiful!!!
The card front is lovely! I will try this method.
I'm so excited to see you projects
How beautiful I’m going to be on the lookout for napkins now‼️
Easiest napkin card so far and you really elevated it with the shimmer pen. I’m going to try this tomorrow! Gotta look for more of your vids!
Just love this idea, great, thank you...
Love this napkin and how easily you applied, I have todo this for sure. TFS.
I absolutely love this idea! Thank you
Happy that I saw the way you made this card. Yours was the best and easiest to make. Thank you!
just started making cards with napkins. this is such a great way to do it even for a beginner
This was a great video. I am going to be moving Aug. 1 and will finally have my own craft room. I will definitely add this to my creations, it's so easy. thank you
That is BEAUTIFUL! Thank you for sharing!
Loved it! I had forgotten this technique with glue!
Thank you, this was a great way to make a beautiful cars. I love how you embellished it. 💕 NonnaGrace
I've done the same technique using Elmer's spray adhesive (blue can with a bright orange cap) but the glue stick is a great alternative. Thanks for the tip! The glitter accent with WOS is the perfect touch since the design of the napkin speaks for itself. When I do my spray adhesive technique I score my card and cover the entire outside (front and back) with the napkin that is cut larger than the cardstock. Then I fold my card and trim it down to the desired size using my paper trimmer.

What everyone else said, LOL. Great video, just the way I like them...quick & easy. Thank You for sharing it with us!
I have made my cards like this for years--using a combo of torn diagonally napkin, with stenciling on the blank part of the card front. Add 1 or 2 3D bird/butterflies...beautiful & easy!

Hi! Is there somewhere I can see the cards you spoke about, please? They sound beautiful, but I can't really imagine the details. Thank you very much for considering my request. 😃
Ohmygosh, that's so pretty! That little touch of Wink of Stella is perfect! Thanks for sharing this lovely card. :)
this is a real nice way to put your napkins on. I did this years ago and cut strips to make paper beads that turned out real well.
Very nice! Our church sends 80 plus cards a month to our prayer list folks. This will be a nice new technique. We do stamping, embossing, photo cards etc... So this will give us a new look! Thanks for sharing.
I have used this technique for a few years as I didn’t know there was another way. It’s so easy and works well. Love your video.

That is beautiful and easy .tfs I will have to try that 💕👍👌💚
Looks great and so easy. Thank you☺
Easy & beautiful We all like Thank you
So THAT'S how to get the napkin placed right the first time! (No second chance with a napkin.) This opens up a new realm for me. I didn't do well with napkins, and gave it up. I wasn't going to add more plastic to the planet, and I won't use spray adhesive. This works. Thanks for showing us!
So much easier, it will save my arthritic hands lifting the iron, thank you. Huggles xxxAnnxxx
I love the napkin you used. I have seen thus technique but wasn't on card stock and I'm happy to know how well it works. Now I can make my Easter cards using the napkins and using my craft glue stick instead of mod podge. Thank you for your time and easily understood instructions.
Thank You For The Lesson... Have a Super Day!
This is so wonderful, thank you for a great tutorial!

I'm glad I came across this video..I liked the idea of using paper napkins to make cards but because I have a VERY inquisitive cat I don't feel like I can have something like an iron sitting around(for her safety)..this is a great alternative I'm definitely going to try this 😊

Many thanks for sharing this method with us crafter's great idea. Jujue

I love the way you decorated this card! I never find the pretty napkins at Dollar Tree, but have found nice ones at The Christmas Tree Shoppes (USA.) I adhere the napkin to the card like you do, but have worked well with Ranger Matt Medium and a wide-ish brush. Anyway, your technique and simple instructions and decorating are inspiring, Thank you!
Amazing . Thanks for sharing
Fabulous! Thank you from London, UK!
I have used this method as well and it does work very well.

Just found your channel 💕 Nice added touch to the 🦋!!!!😊
Beautiful card. I like the idea of doing it this way rather then using the iron. I wish I could find pretty napkins like that at the Dollar Tree. Thanks for the tip.
LOVE love this napkin design..I do love to use a cricut & iron my napkin cards- ive done it both ways & i like the finish- because the napkin & paper fuse together - the result is like it was made that way..& the napkin rarely rips..TY for a sharing a great tutorial.

Me too! BIG fan of cricut iron on- i love the effect - it bonds/ fuses the paper with the napkin & yields a professional texture!
