Фильм және анимация

No Greater Love depicts the combat deployment of the legendary “No Slack” Battalion, 101st Airborne Division, through the eyes of Army Chaplain Justin David Roberts. While deployed in Afghanistan, as chaplains are not permitted to carry weapons, Justin decided to carry a camera. He captured not only the gritty reality of war but also the incredibly strong bond that is forged between soldiers.

Thank you guys so much. Could never properly put into words to express the gratitude I have for your courage, bravery, dedication, strength, stamina and all that you guys endured to keep us protected. There's no way we could ever repay you. God Bless!

WOW! What to comment after this?........Um, Chaplain Roberts, thankyou for this and your film footage. Thanks to all involved in this production. To any veterans here, know that I love you and I don't even know you. Just having been in the military myself makes me feel like I DO know you and that we are brothers. For myself, I stepped out of my reserve unit(USMCR, A Co, 4th AAV, Little Creek, Norfolk, VA) just prior to them going to Kuwait during Desert Storm and it makes me feel like I quit the team and didn't live up to what I trained for and really enjoyed. I regret making the decision to not reenlist. So, every time I see documentaries such as this it really grabs my attention and I feel extremely patriotic and also that I wish I could go back and change my mind. But, you only get to do life once. I feel sad hearing about veterans taking their own lives back home and wish someone or something could change their thought processes on that. It always seems like the best of whom we have in this country are the ones that aren't around very long, and that those who don't appreciate America get to live on. Bummer! To any of those veterans who were in this documentary, I appreciate you, your service, sacrifices, your opening up in this film, and please continue to fight for yourself and healing. May God bless you and you be in His service. "Hand Salute!"

This was a great documentary and was eye opening to see how war affects these individuals. There is not enough thanks to give to these men and women who sacrifice so much.

😭...Only if I had known more of these before...I could've helped my late husband. He was also in the no slack battalion with y'all ...I'm sure he felt all of these weights, post traumatic behaviors but no one ever understood him until he passed...😭
