    I have no idea why Maximum Ride keeps showing up in my life but I would happily forget the last 3-4 books in that series. Also more book series should have wild plot twists like “they’ve been in hell all along” or “it was aliens,” because if you get a legit chance to go off the rails it’s a shame not to.

    Nah those twists are overdone. I want more plotwists where god is real but not a god and instead a powerful ancient being/a dragon/an alien/a construct/a giant robot.
