I am a nurse and started a new job yesterday did a 7am to 7pm shift and just had to come home to some Butkers Empire after a tiring day. I never even considered an omelette in the airfryer- got to have a go now although I am more for Sharon's bacon roll, looks scrummy. You two are genius! First the toothbrush air fryer cleaning tool, now the inspired idea of the crisper tray on top of the food! Who knew! I am trying this idea out! I have the Cosori XXL and the Cosori Light, so guess who is having Omelette for lunch today! Thank you both so much for continuing to inspire and motivate us! perfect looking omelette! I can't stand standard omelettes that are fried on one side then flipped in half as the insides are usually runny. frittatas are good though done in the oven. thank you xxx

I'm with Sharon, a crusty roll with either bacon or grated cheese and pickle. Another great idea for the airfryer, never thought about doing an omlette in there. If your rolls are ever stale, ( or buying day olds) run your hand under the tap, immediately run your wet hand over and around the roll and air fry for 2-4 minutes. They will come out crispy and fresh. Do right before eating.

I noticed when you opened cupboard door the saucepan lids appeared to be on door inside. Ive never seen this before, but what a good idea and use of space hey. I need the rind left on bacon 🥓 too. Thats It im going in Full bacon jacket

@@butlersempire So many places thesedays don't sell good old fashion crusty rolls. As a child in the 70s my local chippie use to sell chip butties in a crusty roll for 12p The good old days 👍👍😁

I like crispy bacon with scrambled eggs without milk. Your omelette looked delicious with the wonderful flavours of onion and bacon.

Great idea with the crisper tray on top I'm going to buy the some silicone pans . I don't use my gas hob very much now .I brought off amazon hob glass covers as my kitchen is on the small size I have my instant pot on my cooker top now the covers have given me extra space your omelette looks yummy guys 😊 Just a tip I have a spray bottle and I have put some washing up liquid in with some water I shake it up and after I have wiped the airfryer with paper towel I spray round the airfryer and leave it to sit while I eat my grub then i wash it up as usual this airfryer is so easy to clean

Eggs are good weeks after the best before date on the packet. I never use all the eggs I buy by the best before date, sometimes it's a month after the best before date and they are perfectly good to use.

Hi Martin & Sharon....,Another down to earth recipe... I must admit I haven't tried making an omelette in my Ninja... (I have the Ninja foodi healthgrill AG301) I've had it about 2 years now and I love it.. best thing I ever bought, especially now with this energy crisis that we have been dealing with... I only ever use my oven if I have my sister& niece coming for tea when I need to use larger dishes/casseroles etc....Also, that pack of cooking bacon from Tesco's is great value.. I only came across it when I was doing my last on-line shop.. Only thing is you're never sure if it's going to be smoked or regular bacon, but really, for the price who cares!!! ( That's what seasonings are for). I'm definitely going to give the omelette a try.... Hope you are both well... Take care..😊🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
