The message that not buying makeup is ABSOLUTELY FINE is a really important one! We don't hear it enough! Using and enjoying what we already have is a fantastic thing to do.

That Dior Airflash is a discontinued cult favorite and if you are not interested you should definitely list it and sell. Because of the airtight packaging it really doesn't expire and a lot of people would be interested.

I came back from a travel to UK last week and I bought a bunch of new makeup, specially high end. They weren’t impulse purchases as I had them in my wish list for a long time. As my numbers went up quite a lot, I challenged to myself to use up 10 makeup products before I buy something new. Considering most of my makeup is pretty new and full currently, I’m aware it will take me 6+ months, so it will give me more than enough time to get to know and enjoy my new goodies

You could do a 1 in 1 out method with those products you would like to buy : like if you want a new stick bronzer buy it after you finish the one that is almost done . Same with brow gel ! When you finish the Merit brow gel you could purchase that one . The lip liner you could maybe wait until you use 1/2 lip products and same for the foundation. Because those are not problematic categories like lipsticks and mascaras where you have a lot more products I think you could allow yourself to purchase (or ask for them as presents )some products that would make you enjoy your collection more ☺️✨ Also from following your TikTok's and protect pan you have a few products that are almost done ! So I think the number of new /used up products wouldn't go up that much ◡̈

That’s a good point, the products I want aren’t in categories that I know, categorically I shouldn’t be buying from! And yusss I have a few things that I’m really hoping will be done by the end of May 🤞

You could have a play around doing soap brows with a soap you already have and see if it gives you the desired effect as the brow freeze :)

Glad your no buy isn't a struggle for you. :) Sounds like the NYX concealer was a smart replacement purchase. I can't wait to get to the point where I can make a replacement purchase. I'm not going to be there for a while yet though.

I think you should count all the dior shades just because having them in limbo makes you avoid thinking about making the decision about them. You counted the hourglass lipstick even when it is still in limbo and you know you don't enjoy the shade of it and it probably should go. If you counted them you would've more in=out equality and will make you reconsider them more thoroughly. It's kind of giving vibes of denying the fact that they are there, they are a part of your collection, it's here when you want it. ❤ For the stick foundation would you consider buying the exact one you liked (merit one)? You are content and sure about its performance and if you will choose other one that is new I think you most definitely wouldn't end up liking it nearly as much if even. I need to get around to reading all of her books eventually! They’re just so *dense* that it’s quite intimidating

For me what I did was, I bought a spiral and every makeup product I finish I wrote it down with the date. I have finished it and every year I make a go to add to finish up more of my makeup products My brow products because I go through Brow products more than ever as well as eye primer.
