Hello.
I'm Boone Bake.
Today, I will make a no-baked cheesecake that can be made without baking using delicious fruits.
It's a recipe that doesn't use an oven, so even people who don't have an oven can make it.
Even if you don't have any special decorations, this cake is a very beautiful cake on its own, so even those who aren't confident in the decoration can make it.
Orange juice was used for this cheesecake to give it a fresh taste, and it tasted better with the fruit jelly.
The taste of this simple cheesecake, which is finished with each person's favorite fruit, is never simple.
It tastes really good.
I don't have an 8cm mold, so I made the cheesecake in a 7.5cm mold.
The hemispherical mold was poured down a little from the 8cm mold to fit about 7.5cm.
The recipe is that you can use an 8cm mold.
And this time, we also weighed the cup, so even those who don't have a scale can try it.

* Ingredients
♥ Orange cheese cake
(7cm * 2.5 cm, 5 pieces)
(7.5cm or 8cm hemisphere mold)
80 g whole wheat cookies (digestive) 6
6 g (1/2 Tbsp) sugar
40g unsalted butter (3 Tbsp-melted)
150g (3/4 cup) cream cheese
25 g (2 Tbsp) unsweetened yogurt
25 g sugar (2 Tbsp)
32 g (2 Tbsp) warm orange juice
7g lemon juice (1/2 Tbsp)
4 g (1/2 Tbsp) powdered gelatin
20g water (1 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
(When using gelatin sheet: gelatin 4g - excluding water)
115 g (60% whipped) heavy cream (1/2 cup-before whipped)
♥ Transparent jelly full of lemon scent
300g water (1 cup + 1/4 cup)
12g lemon juice (1 Tbsp)
54 g (1/4 cup) sugar
12 g powdered gelatin (1 Tbsp + 1/2 Tbsp)
60 g (1/4 cup) water
(When using gelatin sheet: gelatin 12g - excluding water)
