My No-bake recipe that you’ll crave all summer long!😉
I am super EXCITED to share this delicious recipe which is creamy, zesty and just so good! I have wanted to try it for so long and finally here we are!!
🌟Ingredients
Lemon Curd
•200g (1cup) granulated Sugar
•2tbsp (2) Lemon Zest
•6 Egg Yolks (room temperature)
•110ml (1/2cup) Lemon juice
•113g (cold) unsalted Butter
Lemon Syrup
•1 Lemon Peel
•1 1/2cup Water
•1 Large Lemon Juice
•75g granulated Sugar
Filling
•375g heavy Whipping Cream (35%)
•475g Mascarpone Cheese (room temperature)
•1 pack of Ladyfingers
Topping
•Lemon Slices
•Mint leaves
•Basil leaves

Yess that's what i was looking for! I made lemon curd meringue roll amd i made too much of a curd. And a bit too runny. Will use it for this recipe and instead of the syrup, will use lemon juice with limoncello ❤
