An indulgent, light No-Bake Cheesecake, with a crisp Almond Crust and flavorful homemade Strawberry Topping
Crust Ingredients:
1 cup crushed digestive biscuits
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Filling Ingredients:
16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup icing sugar
3 tbsp sour cream
1 1/2 vanilla extract
2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Topping Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
