attention.LTO Office. pwede po bang tignan ninyo ang nga sasakyang tulad ng tricycle na.bumibiyahe ng metro manila ng walang lic. plate, drvers license,and why are they flying difrent route and using main roads. single motorcycle who have no lic. plate and is being driven arround and not even registered yet. motorcycle drivers directly / intentionally dont wear helmets.i am talking about the whole metro Manila they are Manila, San Mateo, Rodriguez Rizal, parts of Quezon city, Malabon, parts of Antipolo City, and manny others but the must notorious are Manila,and san mateo montalban.
Does it mean the people running the show had been brainless and cannot solve the problem? Nakakagawa nga ng kambal plaka e. So, are saying kaya gumawa ng kawalanghiyaan pero walang talent sa katinuan?
