They suffered in childhood...if you have a narc parent..then you suffer in your childhood too 😔 . They couldn't control what happened to them, but I deeply dislike their cruelty. There's no excuse to be hurtful to another human being. They should NEVER be guardians of animals 🐾 🙏

Narc/ hubby was not kind with animals 😢 He hates animals and was very abusive with our pets.( our kids pets as well as mine) we had a male husky as well as two rag doll cats. Had them when they were babies of 4-weeks of age and our pets ( including our husky lived with us 15-16 years. Narc/hubby brought home Covid the first time it came out and besides giving it to our kids, unfortunately our cats ended up with Covid and both had passed, our male cat died first and his sister cat the following day 😢😢 Narc/ hubby was always abusive with our pets by scaring them, kicking them and not giving them means of Doctor visits or shots needed,etc.( he controlled our money) our husky ended up ill as he started to have health issues and ended up with some kind of cancer later on in life. He was barely standing, eating and was in pain 😢 we had to put him down and this was so hard on me as well as my kids, we had no choice. Narc/hubby was also cruel with him as well and neglected all his needs and always said, he never wanted animals and would not contribute anything to their needs! Let’s just say that he was very nasty all the years of our pets lives/ very bad!! Before our pets had passed Narc/hubby had said to me, the dog would go first and the cats second and third was me!! I know to always take this information and keep it in my mind and thoughts as this was a direct threat and he did what he said, I stay away from him as much as I can ( hard because we live under the same roof but separated, I stay majority in my locked door bedroom.) He has in the past slashing vehicles tires of the one I was driving and I lost control and fortunate to be here today!! Much worse has been done to me and I’m scared the day we are done in marriage legally!! As we can always get a stay away court order, etc. But that still doesn’t protect me in the real world!? I cannot live like I am of 29+years of a Monster Narcissist Demon !! Why do Narcissist take and destroy and steal and lie!? Some go beyond this and feel they are God and after giving everything to their lives ( as we are good people!?) they still are not satisfied!? They want to break you mentally, emotionally, psychologically, physically, etc. And want you with nothing or a life!! This doesn’t make sense to me!! He’s not done yet

My ex was a covert, fragile narcissist. Once you really see what they are you'll never unsee it. Quite sad that they live their lives in this miserable pattern. Their "Karmic" lives you could say.

Mine used her insecuritys as a means to control. She used my empathy as a means to surrender things that made her feel uneasy until she'd feel more confident and could trust me. Little did I know I should have been the one with the trust issue.

It's terribly sad to think that she will live a life of unhappiness and loneliness to think that these people get satisfaction from destroying people's lives. They can only be described as evil and demonic a harsh reality and a reflection on the times we live in.

@@aleas799 A lot of us "go back' and get sucked in again. I myself did several times before i saw the light. Wasn't easy but i don't regret it either. I learned a lot about myself through the whole process.

This is the sneakiest and scariest narcissist. They can't be trusted.

Strategy and Lies are their number one and two tactics. 1. They figure you out, your likes,dislikes,morals, stance on most things. 2. They isolate you and gain your complete trust. 3. They decide on what they want from you, it's not just attention, time, money, breakup of your friendships, marriage, job, etc. 4. They set the plan on how to achieve it, yes covertly. 5. Once they have the plan they destroy the most precious things in life: your heart, trust, faith, reality, self esteem, etc. (while enjoying you come to them for support , when their the demon making all these horrible things happen to you in the background). 6. They flaunt their new women(supply) in front of you to further humiliate you, humble you, destroy you, then gaslight you about it, 7. They discard you, your broken, replaced multiple times by now, you are an empty shell and worthless to them. 8. The hoover that never ends because your broken...but your still theirs. So they will play with you on and off again to futher entertain themselves in your agony.

I found out that my ex was a covert narcissist once I left him and suddenly everything Started to make sense. He was trying to read my mind all the time even when we were watching a movie he was watching me instead and trying to read my body language so as to spot any vulnerability or weakness. that’s crazy how he was obsessed with plans and can’t chill for a moment

I have gone completely No Contact, blocking numbers and removing every item that reminded me of this girl. I deleted every photo, but I still think about her every day. I will not open the door to her again, but she has a continuous psychic attack. I have been subjected to an evil attempt to destroy me. I have no idea about why this curse comes into your life, but with the realization that everything was fake, the hard decisions become easier. Your strength is all you have to rely on in the end.

This is probably your best video yet Anouska. It made reflect on their magical thinking, I have seen them have amazing days which they orchestrate but don’t seem to enjoy it until they get home and look on social media to get their supply how great the day was. They are not really there half the time they are living in a movie of their life..

It’s time to ask yourself why you are choosing these people.

How can someone they knew they were dying, act this way til the end!! Found out after his death he had a brain tumor 😯 and internal bleeding and still he acted so mean to me!!!!

My narc was like a chameleon. She could change herself to suit the circumstances and people she was with. Despite having had a previous bad experience with a narcissist and swearing that I would never get fooled again it took me over 3 years to work out what she was. Her acting skills deserved an Oscar. They are highly toxic, evil people. They lie, cheat, manipulate and deceive, and they do all these things while keeping a completely straight face.

I’m a sigma empath and I know who’s for me and who’s against me with strong intuition I know who’s lieing at all times

Yes my 1st journaling was making a “yuk list” of all relationship crimes/abuse against me. I stopped at #15 When I re read that list many months later it served me well-as it allowed me to truly see the progress I had made in my healing-this was quite some time ago. But I highly suggest it :)

I have, especially when I start getting emotional about it or I need to remind myself what he did (when the cognitive dissonance tries to tell me to give him another chance). It helps to get the thoughts out and re-read it later on to see how far you've progressed in healing

I have moved on. This only lasted a few days and then it was over. I give too much to people and have to stop doing that. I was just being supportive of this person. I actually brought it on myself. I have met and worked with some celebrities and they are just people. Because I have been so harassed and lied about for so many years by people who do not even know me, it bothered me that this person who had such a tragic childhood was going through this. I felt a need to help him. I no longer do. God can work in peoples' lives if they will seek Him, but these people cannot trust even God. It is very sad. Thank you so much for this video. It is very helpful.

This was my mother, and now my middle brother. I knew what happened, as I took the abuse to save him. He has turned out to be an expert liar! He is sneaky, and does cause harm. He steals, cheats, lies, and thinks everybody owes him. No one outside the family would understand how he is. He can be stone faced then laugh when he’s called out. He sends others to do his dirty work. I know how his game is, and able to outsmart and call him out. Thank you for helping me!

I can relate. In my situation, my mom taught my sister. She did a good job...that's for sure. I'm No Contact with both of them now and have been for years. It just became so toxic. I had no choice but self-preservation. Take care of yourself and be careful. Peace and safety to you...

Until they die, in my case. Never admitted his truth, his illness, humiliated me until the end!!!

How do you get past them? When somebody suddenly dies in your life it obviously leaves you devastated and without closure. There will be questions and maybe things that you wish you could have said. But you can't, they've gone. Overtime you come to terms with the loss and eventually the trauma dissipates. You don't forget but you find peace. Going no contact, if possible, with this mindset I found helped getting past the narcissist that was in my life.

My ex narc travels for work and bet she's a different person in every place. I'm fascinated now that I'm over the tic tac toe game. In the end, for protection, I told myself that she is just a study.

My ex was a covert narc , she used to do so much for me , she never turned down sex 10 years , I got gaslighted but never de value , one day she just said I’ve had enough , end of relationship

Umm then she was probably not a narcissist and just had some traits? I don't think a npd could be with anyone romantically for so long and not devalue them, specially if you lived together, that's part of their branding basically, they'll always find a way to put you down no matter how good you are, they just will. But other kind of toxic people can gaslight too and leave relationships suddenly, not just narcs.

Their excuses and lies aren't even logical, they don't make sense but because they draw you in to love them, you ignore this and try to understand their lies. It's only when you escape the situation and look back over it that you notice these minor details and warning signs. They are in fact very intelligent which is terrifying.

We do see it though! Others in our same car, family, friends do not but we do. We have learned to do so efficiently. My Narc would tell me you're so manipulative and so good at it. Ha! Sure reactive abuse but I never said it. He passed 7 months ago..... I felt bad he was Ill but knew exactly what he was doing to me. Why, I did not know but now I realize he was just in so much pain !

The narcissist I dated was closeted gay, I found out about it after 5 months of dating. At that time I was still trauma bonded and took me 3 weeks before I walked away... when i found out about him being gay, he still lied about it, but eventually i saw that he become extremely ashamed around me. And he panicked that i would expose him and started the smear campaign on me. I never really told anyone about him being gay, i never wanted to use his vulnerability against him, but you're right, they never want to be vulnerable. They are just broken and sad individuals. My ex was abandoned as a child by both his mother and father. Very very lost soul, poor thing. But if I could just say, no matter how much pity we feel for them, never be with them because they are suffering so much and they spill everything to you to make you suffer with them. Misery loves company! They are jealous if you are happy and confident... they want you to be miserable and in pain. You need to serve them until all your energy is sucked out or until you can't take it anymore and plan suicide. Then they have attained what they need, at your lowest point, they dump you and move on to the next victim and you will see(if you're still alive) how happy they are with the next. But its not long before their new partner goes through the same thing you did...

He literly told me, when asked "why me?" in response to the same qquestion from him, his two.amswers were, "I just looked in your eyes and i saw you! Weeks after we had become involved btw, and then years later the same.convo came up and his answer was "You're everything I've ever wanted and still want!"

They are so deceptive, I am so glad I found pod casts like these and became aware of this type of human early on. It's strange how even after all this time, I still think about the narc. I have gone delete no contact, determined never to want anything to do with this fake ever again. Thank you Anoushka.

My recently ex gf was a chinese spy balloon. When I told her she was a liar she had no way to deny it. She said, "But I will never lie you." Errrr that's exactly what a liar would say. Went to her daughter's wedding. Her ex "narcy husband was there." I gf and I are dancing then she starts to stare at her ex who is also dancing. Staring. In that moment I was not present. I walked off. She says it's just that she's never seen him dance before. I dropped some test questions on her. "Are you still attracted to your ex," The reply was NO WAY ABSOLUTE NOT. Rinse and repeat that question as time goes by. It was a clear lie. Some time later, I asked if she was attracted to her best friend who is a diagnosed narcy. Here reply NO WAY ABSOLUTE NOT. Her lies were like those coming from a 5 year old. So easy to spot. Now you may think she is textbook codep, but not even close. She was the right arm of her bestie's narco behavior.
