Ahh yes, by sending the young boys of your country to forced hard labour. That's a great way to put your people first. If Kim actually bothered about his nation, he would end his dictatorship, open up NK, normalise relationships with SK and free themselves from the sanctions. He's just a greedy person. Dare I say, even a bad leader like Biden does not come close to the evil of Kim.
