What's the purpose of the narrow duals, and some have front ends engaged, other's don't.

there are certain rules regarding tires, if they didnt have any rules everyone would be running dual Titan LSWs 1200s, you're allowed to either run 4wd but only singles, or 2wd but duals in the rear, if you run duals but you have a 4wd tractor you need the front-end disengaged
