This Delicious Recipe, Njama Njama( Huckleberry Leaves sauted in Tomatoes and Onions) with Khati Khati(Charbroiled Chicken Cooked in Palm oil with favorite spices). Its a Cameroonian Delicacy often enjoyed in homes, traditional gatherings and sometimes occasions. Its so so tasty and the smoky flavor from the chicken is the best part. ENJOY..

For the Njama Njama
2 lb of Boiled and Sliced Huckleberry Leaves (Njama Njama)
7 Tomatoes
1 large Onions
2 Maggi Cubes or 2 tsp Chicken KnorrvSeasoning
1 tsp Salt
2 Scotch Bonnets
1 Cup Cooking Oil
For the Khati Khati
1 Whole Chicken
1 tsp Black Pepper
5 Maggi Cubes or 1 ½tbsp Chicken Knorr Seasoning (Some for Marinating and some to cook )
1 Cup Palm Oil
1½ Cup Water
