Great coverage…. Very nice race, mixing it up with FC’s, FA’s and TF slingshots and RED. Always great to see the legendary Chi Town Hustler… And what can you say about Scott Palmer. Awesome show his team put on. If he wasn’t booked in for this show, I can’t imagine how much he spent of his own money to make 4 passes on a top notch TF car to win the event. And definitely the purse couldn’t have possibly covered it. Sets both ends of the track records for TF…AND Does throttle wacks on the starting line to celebrate the win… Pure Class! So reminiscent of those good old days. Actually, I’ve been going to drag racing shows for 5 decades and I’ve “NEVER” seen someone fire up a fuel car in victory lane. Congratulations to Scott and Kudo’s to the team of videographers who put this awesome coverage together… Mucho Grassy Ass….👍🏻🍻❤️😎 Oh yeah, Thanks also to the Eddyville Racing Facility and Staff for putting together this most excellent show! 👍🏻😁

Well said, sir! Scott Palmer is, in this day and age, a one-of-a-kind individual. Definitely a throwback to the days I first got into this insane sport, where drivers would do 1/8th mile burnouts before a run. He's a competitor for sure, but he and his crew like to put on a show for the fans, and the 3 year old in me appreciates the hell out of him for it.

Fuel Altereds,, absolutely amazing hotrods, and the guys who pilot them have a pair a kahoneys the size of basketballs! Excellent video,, Thank YOU!

Love Scotty flogging the throttle as part of the victory ceremony. Ive never heard several succesive throttle whacks from a fuel car before. That was awesome. The sport needs more like him

24:35 check the lady at the bottom of the shot. She set that kid up, he was trying to save his ears on the launch and I think she was telling him to move back (which I don't understand). He takes his hand off his ear the MOMENT that TF dragster launches. I laughed and shook my head at the same time 😆🤦‍♂ Edit: Oh, forgot to mention, THANK YOU for this incredible footage of this event. Along with the March Meet and a few other events I've come across through the years, this is another I'll definitely be looking forward to!

@@sixx6sixx107 If you have never been to a drag race at the dragstrip especially the NHRA Top fuel or Alcohol dragsters & Funny cars. I can remember my first time when my dad took me and my brother when I was 6 years old. The sheer power these cars deliver to the ground is insane and I won't spoil it for you. All I have to say is go in person an experience it first hand!
