Looks great. My daughter and son-in-law got me an Anker Bolder LC40 Rechargeable for my birthday last month. Very similar.
Great video, enjoyed watching 👍🏻

Definitely! They've also got a great range too. A light for every situation
Gave you a sub. I've recently got this light. I looked a LOT at the competition. Each light has its trade offs and each user has their specific wants. For an EDC light that covers the range in variable brightness levels and cover distance ranges with a high candela, not to mention a reasonable price for the light and quality you're getting, this light is tough to beat. It has a daily use mode and a tactical mode. I find the tactical mode is great for my daily use too. You always have the turbo strobe available but in tactical mode, the main button is ready to go with turbo. With the mode button right under it, and knowing what lumen power I want, it's SO quick to adjust just the lumens I want. Yes, it's important to me that the light works as a defensive tool for first, upsetting the vision of an attacker(s) and second, to use as a striking tool. I love how it has the breaking glass metal points on the bezel to break glass if needed. Having to personally need and use a glass breaker to save someone in their car before, I don't take that tool for granted. Just saying, that the P23i has exceeded my expectations. I like so many brands but I'm developing a 'bias' for Nitecore.

This is encouraging to hear. Thank you for sharing your insights! I bought this light today and should get it tomorrow. I love how it has that 3000lm immediately for self defence and it is such a simple operation to activate it. Only for 30 seconds yes but who would need longer in a pinch. It’s also nice and compact. This light has some special features that sets it apart and I think I will really like it!

@@TheArtist441 I think you'll really like it. Like many, I have a variety of lights that I rotate, some basically don't get in the rotation because they just don't do what I need, but the 23i is always in my rotation.
Thank you for the review!🥰🥰

It would be great if you could send MoorLander EDC, your Nitecore NB10000 GEN 2 Power Bank & Nitecore Carbo 20000 Powerbank for review too.

@@MoorlanderEDC That sounds great too 👍🏻
I really wanted to see the 45 degree sweep on this light because I'm thinking about buying it.. also, a suggestion I think would be absolutely awesome which would help us viewers make a good decision, is if you could take some small pine posts and stick them into the ground every 15 or 20 meters with wide red tape or any color that is visible the best at the top of the stick with a band of reflective tape about 12 inches lower than the colored tape.. then when you shine these lights down the stick path we can measure thru video what sticks can be seen and the tree detail around each one and for when the light can't reach far enough to let the color tape be seen then the reflective tape will still reflect which will show us viewers what the limits are of the lights.. and don't get me wrong, you a a really good reviewer! You cover every thing in nice nice detail! But I'm praying I start seeing those sticks in your videos... Have a merry Xmas

Leave it with me. I'm doing some night filming soon and I'll take it with me. I'll put out a Short with it on there for you 🖖
Nice review, which one you will recommend between p23 I and tK 16. Thank you.?

Hi Arshad. Normally this would be so easy as the quality of the Fenix lights is amazing. However on this occasion I I'd say the Nitecore. The light levels and quality as on par however with the option of the Daily and Tactical modes and slight change on the UI, I think the Nitecore would be might choice. Either way, they're both amazing lights and you're winning which ever one you pick up. I have reviewed the TK16 if you search my channel for it. Hope that helps my friend 🤙
Really good detailed review. I’m not a flashlight guru and it’s all a bit of a minefield to me, so of all the lights you’ve tested, which do you think is the best? Thnx

Happy to... However one quick question. Are we talking for everyday pocket carry use? Tactical/hunting/security use?

Which Nitecore models can use a LG or Molicel 21700 generic battery?
@MoorlanderEDC

I think as far as I'm aware pretty much all models can use any battery. Nitecore make sure they don't use proprietary batteries
I really wish you would have did the light demo at the pond..sure would be nice ..hint hint lol

The tk16 has more lumens, but I’m sure the nitecore P23i has more candel🔥 💪

Unless you get a lucky strike the the light is going to bounce off. That is why knives, pens, etc with window breakers have a sharp point.

In my opinion you should try your best to only land a single tip on your strike. Landing flat on all 3 reduces effectiveness

Hmmmm... I can remember what's in the box exactly but I don't think there was one in there. With it being larger than the usual EDC light I think it would have to be a fairly beefy clip
