Everything on the EDC35 is superior in my humble opinion. For a EDC light, not everyone is going to see it that way as a permanently non replaceable battery is a real butt hurt for some people. My question is, if the non replaceable battery is such a big deal, how does that person deal with a non replaceable battery in their cell phone?

True! I don't think it's a deal-breaker, but a $100 flashlight should have a removable battery regardless. Nitecore all the way when it comes to performance & specs.

Because they don't have a choice. If a decent cell phone existed with a replaceable battery, I would pitch my Samsung loyalty in an instant. With flashlights, we still have the option of replaceable batteries, and I refuse to support products that have built in batteries for no discernibly good reason.

I have the Cracked Brass Warrior Mini 3 and love it. Its heavy so I dont wear it every day. Most days I carry the Warrior Nano.

I feel like this is a fairly mismatched set of lights to compare. The warrior mini shouldn’t be standing in for the full size warrior, which would atleast be closer in output. The edc35 is a monster compared to the other lights.

The fenix pd36r pro and the Olight seeker 4 would be better choices to step into the ring with the edc35

The Fenix maybe. The Olight no. They are tough flashlights, but use proprietary batteries and proprietary charging. The Olight proprietary battery in my experience does not last as many cycles of charging as a standard battery. Plus Olight does not disclose what LED they are using. Would you buy a knife without knowing what kind of blade steel it had or a car without knowing what kind of engine is in it? What is Olight hiding and why?

Fenix Rules = the most Accurate and Precise Tail switch in an Emergency or tactical situation. Tail standing is overrated. I've tried many Top Brands. I have done Dangerous Security detail in NYC and I Trust & rely on Fenix. ( no affiliation ). "Facts"

The Fenix PD40R version 3 is also a outstanding general purpose EDC light like the EDC 33/35. But it took them three revisions of the rotary switch to get it right. Outstanding light now, in version 3.

Non removable battery from the nitecore 35 is a deal breaker for me! Nitecore if u reading this..."forcing" consumer is not a good business model. Well let's find another similar flashlight that consumer can replace battey.
