How old was this battery?

How old is the battery first off?? That's not really a start stop failure has in the push button start stop qashqai like mine is . The battery is dead or doesn't have enough charge to start the car, a start failure is if battery is good everything working but car still won't start

The real problem with start stop system is something else, battery can also cause the fault but most cars especially Nissan dualis it could be something to do with fuses or relays draining the battery or some other thing

The same shape happened in my 2016 vehicle, today the battery is dead

I have the same problem but i don’t think is the battery because i can start the head lights

Me too, a mechanic said was a sensor but it happened again 3 months later idl what to do with my micra 😡

@@harshnayi The solution was quite simple, and it never happened again. One of the car battery sides was hotter then the other, the mechanic removed the cord and it was filled with some sort of white gum, like humidity related stuff, he just had to clean it up and scratch it with a sandpaper and put it back on the battery pole again. Solved my probleme

@@hugolima15 Thank you very much for your reply. I had similar issue so I replaced the battery by myself. it's been fine after replace the battery but I seen error message twice so will ask the mechanic to re-fit the battery

@@harshnayi tell him to toutch the poles and see if any of them are hot when the car shuts down. When that error appear on my micra if i turn off the car it would go all off, no eletrics, couldnt even lock it. Tell him to see if any of the poles of the batery are hot and to see of theres any white gum on the cables connectors of the battery poles, if theres white gum, he just have to clean it with sand paper and probleme solved
