Hello sir, going for my NISM equity research analyst exam today ( 5th July 24) current time 12:45. my batch starts at 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm my current knowledge is from your videos and notes. let's see how much I get. i will update this comment after my exam is over. edit scored 59.5 mks total attended 97 questions. 43 questions were math based on ratios. the invigilator created havoc in the end by admitting the next batch students 15 mins prior my exam completion.

The Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 provides for: A.Indirect control of securities market aspects by SEBI B.Regulating only direct transactions in securities C.Direct control over stock exchanges by the Central Government D.Only control over issuers of securities The answer should be C na as it gives ultimate control to SEBI over the security market but the answer in question bank was given as A.
