I got 3 courses at 1600, equity derivatives, research analyst and mutual funds. Passed equity derivatives recently but found the course to be at peripheral stage. The sole purpose of the course was to make a student pass the examination (which is all right) but in the end it felt incomplete.

No RA is the basic course in NISM

Equity Research is a tough field to get into even for well qualified candidates. Without CFA/MBA it's quite difficult, unless you have prior relevant work experience. Financial Modelling can definitely help but I'd recommend doing a more well reputed one, like the FMVA offered by CFI. It's expensive, but way more valuable than some random Udemy course

@@JayDhanavade Right after your graduation, it's still extremely tough to land a decent finance job as your very first. Unless you are from a top college like SRCC or the IITs. Nism certifications to be frank, need more in-depth material. It's nowhere enough in today's world but yes it does help you in building your cv. Basic jobs in finance, yes possible after graduation but roles like equity research, investment banking, fixed income, private equity? Barely any chance.

There's almost no chance a student would get IB roles by just doing NISM certificates. It's just an "add on" to one's resume. But yes, if you're asking which one is the most relevant one it's XV and the equity derivatives one.

What is the minimum educational qualification required for this course ?

I am thankful to you for making such a nice course at an affordable price. However, there are a few shortcomings. First is negligible support when it comes to resolving doubts. There is no support from the edu91 team at all. Neither there is any student community or forum that caters to the queries. Secondly, there are no solutions to the MCQ questions (especially numericals). This leaves a student quite frustrated and helpless as a lot of time goes into finding solutions over the internet. Please try to resolve these problems.

are u sure about this? there CA course team is quite good. But skill91 team is insupportive? do they never clear technical queries too? and as u said doubt-clearing, is sir not responsive?

@@rishipalai2261 No idea about their CA course. I have corrected my comment, it is edu91 team. And yes, there is no doubt clearing support at all for the NISM courses. The research analyst course left me a lot frustrated as there are many numericals in the mock test and there is no solution to them. I had to search a lot of content on YT at the last moment to gain clarity. Nitin Guru has unnecessarily taught quite a few concepts which were not required to be taught in that depth. Instead he should have made 2-3 videos to discuss numericals that are asked in the exam and are important from the analysis point of view. Although I passed my exam but only 25% credit goes to Nitin Guru fir it, rest 75% goes to the resources that I found online. I reiterate there is no doubt clearing support on edu91 which is highly unprofessional for someone like him who often blows his own trumpet during teaching the course. He is a good teacher no doubt about that, but there is no point in making a course if you cannot cater to the doubts of your students because in the end this leaves a student under confident and under prepared.

Sadly, no. It's not so easy to get into analyst roles with just a NISM XV. Most companies will either want a relevant prior work experience or appropriate qualifications like CFA/MBA
