So, if you planning to travel back to India soon, you should apply for TRV. If not.. your work permit is enough for you.

So, you can do request for passport in Tatkal category but still the process will take some time.

Hello brother I am also from Panipat my passport is damaged. I want to ask once I know the process how to apply but when we get new password what about the visa stamping ..? we have to send our new passport to the Canadian Embassy . Please let me know

So if you are planning to go back to India till your work/study expires then you have to get your visa stamped other wise you don’t need a new stamping on new passport.

I also lost my passport and applied for new in bls canada. When I filed police complaint they only give me only file number not any police report but bls is asking for me police report but rcmp not giving me what to do ? They return my application.

First you can ask RCMP the copy of the complaint, they would give it to you. Secondly, if rcmp doesn’t provide copy then you should write an email to the embassy at ppt.vancouver@mea.gov.in . Explain whole scenario to them, they will help you. Let me know if you need any more details.

Hi there, I moved to a new address when I lost my passport in the same city. I don’t have proof of address for my current address. What else can be used for the proof of address Other than government issued IDs.

Hi..if you are looking to apply for new passport, then you must have lease agreement, that’s the only proof they will consider to reapply.
