The way Krist moves when he plays the bass is so unique i don't think anyone can fake it. That's the 1 things that proves this is actually Nirvana playing in this video.

This is indeed Nirvana playing. You never will see a tall bassist, a drummer with two low toms for big bass and a lefty guitarist with a Mosrite flipped left handed like this anywhere else. I'm amazed at how they all work together. They definently all had the same mojo. 1.2.3.4 and then they all articulate together FACINATING!!!

I read somewhere they used a tiny basement studio for free in WA somewhere. It was not a real studio but they got free use of it to rehearse their new material for Nevermind. This was around the time, so this must be that little space Krist spoke of. Remember how he said "we were so focused" "we would just play over and over and over for weeks, new songs, lose them". THIS is that place. We should all be like this and cut off our internet connections and go and practice more.

They always refer to an isolated barn with heating that they found to hash out and rehearse songs for nevermind. It is commonly stated in documentaries that footage from this space is in that barn. I think its somewhere in tacoma

tchaco lynma if you look at Dave's shirt, it's the same shirt from the Nevermind album photoshoot, the inside of the cd/cassette pamphlet. Kurt's hair in this video is also the same length at in those pictures in the pamphlet, for those who don't believe it's nirvana. that's also obviously krist's giant ass in the video.

had to come back to this after 8 years and remember how fucking cool nirvana was. the gritty atmosphere and music seems to encompass all the shitty houses ive been in, messy streets, rainy sidewalks, poverty dieting times growing up in the 90s. everything is getting more sterile. i rather listen to on a plain and reminisce about a day dream i once had where i was a cow stuck on a farm being butchered. The most beautiful thing about bands who can flood my mind with images and scenery. thanks again nirvana.
