Something that isn't that well known, Axl Rose thought Kurt was a genius and loved Nirvana from the time he heard them. It was not reciprocated. Axl invited Kurt to shows and tried to make contact but Kurt wasn't interested. The day Kurt died, Axl was on the phone to a record company or MTV executive the whole morning crying. Apparently this is true.

That was what made me realise how much of a judgemental a-hole Kurt was, behind this veneer of tolerance there was someone who absolutely judged books by their cover and didn't care at all if there was anything deeper beneath, he made his presumptions about people and automatically treated them accordingly. He didn't even care to hear Axl's side of it, he didn't even allow him to prove him wrong, he just made his mind up before he ever met him that Axl was some kind of massive sexist.

I just wish we could have had more. It and he ended too soon. I wear out my Nirvana catalog and I stop listening for a while. I give it a month or two and turn them back on. The music still affects me the way it did in the 90’s. I hope somewhere out there a few kids in a garage are inspired to strike a chord in us again. When I heard Nirvana for the first time I knew there was something big happening in music and culturally. I do like some of the new music, but there is nothing out there gives me the feeling Nirvana did. At least we had him for a while.

Kurt was a genius we are so blessed and honoured to have listened to his music and be a witness and testimony to it. Kurt was a product of the divorcee marriage of the 90s that inevitably fucked up a lot of children and youth at that time. I’m a 90s kid and it messed me up a whole lot. Lots of these youth born in the 90s can totally identify with the pain and anguish Kurt felt. I always get this sense of in Kurt’s music this sort of youth that was going off the rails and crashed and spun out into a million pieces and changed the world. RIP Kurt you died as a martyr God knows what they did and will all be brought to account and held to justice one day in the hereafter

Goldberg shows his true colors at approx. 18:40 speaking of Courtney "I was prone to side with her because she had influence on Kurt" Anyone at that time knew what a horrible influence Courtney was on Kurt, how absolutely destructive her words and actions were, how destabilizing she was to his career (which this POS Goldberg was "managing" with her help) and how volatile, provocative and caustic she was/is. It sickens me to know that, even 25 years later, people like Goldberg still refuse to accept their own failings, and refuse to see what a part they played in enabling Kurt's untimely, tragic death. Maybe if Danny Goldberg wasn't so busy enabling Courtney to use/abuse and manipulate Kurt, he would have seen the harm she was causing? Maybe he was just too busy cashing his checks?

Hes being political because he was Hole's manager also and made a lot of money of both Kurt and Courtney . Did Courtney try and did steal Kurts music was a question . He says "No. She wrote very well on her own . BUT . 1 minute after he says that in a different question he talks about how Kurt had to call him and tell Courtney not to take his song "Penny Royal Tea." So he is conflicted due to money and in this conversation we learn from him that Courtney was stealing and willing to steal Nirvana songs . So willing to do so that Kurt could not just tell her to not do it . Kurt had to call their manager to tell him to "do not encourage Coutney to take and record Penny Royal Tea , That is a Nivana song ! ." So there we have it .

Tolerance isn't even a topic of discussion when it comes down to the amount in his system. But he was able to shoot himself afterwards. Like i said, brush up on facts. It's completely impossible for him to still be breathing after those injections. Plurall because the amount he had wouldn't have fit in 1 entire syringe.

Betsy/BA BF think of it like this. A full syringe is 100 units, Kurt or anyone with an extreme tolerance will maybe, maybe get away with filling a 100 unit syringe with 80 units. And thats a big if! They will be clinging on for dear life. The amount kurt had was 2 100 unit syringes filled then a 3rd syringe filled a quarter full. That means 2 things either 3 people shot him up at once or someone gave him a "hot shot" heroin spiked with fentanyl. Fentanyl would kill him instantly and it would register as an opiate in the blood tests in 1994. Nowa days they can actually detect fentanyl when searching for it.

I think there’s more evidence proving he pulled the trigger then not.He alienated those that cared for him and was left with junkies who enabled his self destructive behavior, pressure from lawsuits from the canceled half of the European tour, duche bags like Danny Goldberg who just saw money looking at Kurt and a whore wife that controlled Kurt’s assets and was never a good fit for Kurt. However after 25 yrs I’m not sure anymore Courtney’s,Cali’s and Dylan’s behavior is really strange. It all depends on the narrative, I’ve read Love and death and really believed he was killed or he OD again, and Cali pulled the trigger protecting himself and Jess, but then I reread heavier than heaven and was sure it was suicide. At the very least the case should be reopened and looked at.Rosemarys recordings do say something, but what’s stoping Tom Grant from releasing the full audio from all his recordings. He claims he has a smoking gun that proves it let’s hear it already.

from 31:00 onwards and especially "...and he had different things that were bothering him that he would bring up...about, err.. you know, about his career and about being famous about ...err...OTHER THINGS ABOUT HIS LIFE. And my message was just whatever's bothering you, you can't make a good decision when you're strung out. Get clean, and then whatever you want to do, I help you do whatever you want to do but you can't make any good decisions this way. There's no good future in it". My transcription misses out a lot of the verbal fillers (err's, verbal stallings) that are, IMO, very telling, as is the capitalisation I made of part of DG's comment. It's as if DG wants to tell the truth and then remembers he shouldn't and takes a detour. He's having to quickly think on his feet, hence the verbal fillers as he tries to filter his speech. Compare this with other things DG says that are less contentious and emotive - speech is free and easy, less verbal fillers and stalls. Based on a lot of other evidence, and this comment, I think Kurt wanted out of the music business and wanted a divorce and this would've bothered a lot of people who were financially reliant on him. I think the drug problem was such that the drugs no longer controlled him to be compliant (ah, isn't this a favourite modus operandi of someone we know?) and were conveniently blamed when the real issue was that Kurt wanted huge life changes that wouldn't have financially suited A LOT of other parties. Hence this 'intervention' which even DG says was more about the decisions Kurt wanted to make in his life than about the drugs I think Kurt had been honest in this intervention about wanting to leave the music business and his wife, and that's what DG's comment about 'other things in his life' alludes to. I think he knows more about his death, as do many others in that circle. But it's easier to say nothing, let it play out (even though you knew what was going down) and continue to enjoy the payroll. And the payroll would have been easier to enjoy as a legacy than as a difficult artist not wanting to play the game anymore that you had to manage. Also, I find it utterly abhorrent at just how many people have profited from Kurt's death. The main one being Courtney Love, but even this guy years later writing this book. What an utterly, profoundly sad realisation to know Kurt's life has been reduced to myth and lies, all in the name of profit.

I think fDanny Goldberg had his hand in organizing the intervention not just Courtney it was never about getting Kurt clean, it was about controlling him. He would never admit that however. They put that all on Courtney. But according to the Rolling Stone article the first intervention counselor they hired was doing too good a job. The counselor was interviewing everyone in Kurt’s circle before conducting the intervention. Someone from the recorded company called and cancelled. I wonder if that was Danny Goldberg. This counselor upon finding out they were going be using Exodus warned them that Exodus was a buff and shine meaning their facility was little More than a detox center. Why change rehab facilities at the last minute, because it was more about establishing control than getting Kurt well, I think.

No, the Babysitter, Jacki said she controlled his every minute, every second. He changes the subject when she mentions it coming out within a week how quickly Danny Goldberg changed the subject on her album. Well, Courtney also was having steroid injections so she could scream through her songs. In my opinion this guy Danny had a lot to do with Kurt's death because he worked Nirvana to death. Nirvana was only famous worldwide for 2 years and 7 months or so. In that time they put out 2 albums, toured the world and gave a million interviews. Those guys did not rest that entire time except for 5 days off here and there. Management was trying to squeeze out as much money as possible while the iron was hot. Kurt needed rest. If he would have rested properly, I think he would be alive today. Same happened to Mariah Carey and she ended up in the hospital and then said enough and took control of her career. It has happened to too many famous people that ended up committing suicide or overdosing. you apparently never read any books on Nirvana or Cobain. They cancelled tourdates all the time when they got fed up with it, and made up shows later. In 1989, they had a week of a US tour left, but decided to go home. In 1991 there were shows planned for Ireland and Scandinavia that were postponed to the spring, as the band was overworked. In 1992, after the Asian tour, Kurt decided the band should take 4 months off, bc he wanted to stay at home to be with pregnant Courtney, instead of (what they could've done) cash bigtime by playing the big arenas in the US. 1994, even before the Rome incident, Kurt decided the European tour was too much, and had to be stopped and made up later. They also declined joining Lollapalooza that year, as that would take 3 months or something. Really, the band was in control all the time. Do you have any evidence that says otherwise?

I believe he said something before about how he would rather die than go through another divorce. - I’m saying this in response to the funeral comment bit. - He likely would be alive if he hadn’t married Courtney. Authorized versions of Kurt’s final months don’t seem to tell the whole story. In actuality he was tired of nirvana, hated Dave and hated Courtney, etc.

Matt I don’t know what personal questions your talking about. It’s common knowledge he didn’t like Dave towards the end. Dave even overheard him talking to Goldberg about replacing him. - I think it’s partly because he was jealous of how normal and well balanced he was and I think he looked at him more and more as someone that didn’t reflect the sub culture that Kurt was a part of. The tendencies that make Foo Fighters a shitty frat band are the same things Kurt saw in Dave and found objectionable. Anyways, Kurt was on another planet apparently after the Rome suicide but people that saw it don’t like to talk about it, but I find it interesting. Oh, the personal questions, right. I’m just curious how an adult can be so retarded and still functional. Or maybe he isn’t. I don’t know, that’s why I was asking. In Manhattan you can’t survive being so stupid so I’m just curious about people that actually believe these conspiracy theories. NASA never went to the moon, Courtney killed Kurt, a longtime suicidal heroin addict who was imploding from every angle and swallowed a bottle of pills and left a suicide note 3 weeks before, the earth is flat etc.

Man, there’s an interview by Fuse called Courtney Love on the record. Pure trash. Her personality infuriates me, and I couldn’t imagine her 25 years ago, fiend out from drugs, young and wild, and playing the game. I feel for Kurt on a very deep level and I think he had beautiful fantasies of the famous life and the positivities that it could bring, but reality (once again) crushed that spirit, and his already beaten soul couldn’t handle it. Also this is just my opinion, I know nothing of the situation because I wasn’t there, but watching and seeing all that I can on Kurt, I really feel for his mind and who he seemed to be.

Which is what makes it into a song. If Kurt had showed them how to play there parts then you could say he wrote all the music. Krist & Dave were very important to how the band sounded.

Bow Wow Wow, Adam And The Ants and Sex Pistols are just a few examples of his band building prefab construction. Interested in managing Red Hot Chili Peppers after seeing a photo of the band. A short showcase set was setup for Mclaren to witness. After the performance, he offered his ideas to guarantee success, changing the name to "Anthony and The Chili Peppers" , have the band dressed in revealing skin tight neon colors, changing the bands musical direction to a straight forward hard rock sound.

Everything he has ever said about the Cobain case has been thoroughly debunked. He claims he has "smoking gun" evidence which he won't release until the case is reopened - this is utterly laughable, he needs to provide the evidence FOR the case to be reopened and he had his chance when the cold case review occurred, he did not and continued to make money off it. Yet Cobain's fanboys who go into screaming fits of anger at the people Cobain loved being taken care of with his money are in perfect support of a complete stranger spending 28 years leeching off of his estate. Figures. They never actually call him out on this bullshit because deep down, murder theorists know he killed himself and never want their views to be challenged to they can sit in their fantasy world and pretend their hero was a poor, innocent, frightened victim of uncontrollable forces.
