Nintendo KYOTO is the third directly managed official store in Japan, after "Nintendo TOKYO" in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, and "Nintendo OSAKA" in Kita Ward, Osaka City. Since the store opened in Kyoto, the land where Nintendo was founded, the interior decoration incorporates dots (pixels) and grid motifs, which are one of the origins of the game's characters.
Nintendo KYOTO sells more than 1,500 items, including character products such as stuffed animals, stationery, daily necessities, clothing and candy. Additionally, new “Super Mario” and “Pikmin” themed products were introduced at the same time as the opening. There are also chants for "Kirby", "Animal Crossing", "The Legend of Zelda" and "Splatoon".
Depending on the situation, such as on days when crowds are expected, entry may be restricted using numbered tickets.

🔸A huge Super Mario statue is installed on the first floor of Kyoto Takashimaya SC [T8] where the store is located.

That would be great... ☺ I hope that with the opening of the Nintendo Museum in Kyoto and the New Donkey Kong Country attraction at USJ Japan, Nintendo can expand even further across the world! 😃

Before the store opens, it will be distributed in the “1F Specialized Store Zone [T8] Mário Front Entrance”, and after the store opens it will be distributed in the “7F Store Front”. Hello 🙂 When I visited there were no specific themed items for mothers, but I don't know if they later created any specific products for commemorative dates...
