As a Fan of Ninjago when I started watching in 2013 I felt that I was alone and that no one else knew about the show and how good it is but now I can say I’m proud to be a fan of the show because there’s so many positive people out here that learn from the lessons from the show, one of those examples is you. I never thought of season 13 like that but now I appreciate it even more than I ever did before. Thank you juliocoolio, never quit my fellow ninja brother...never quit! Go ninja go!

When I watched Ninjago in 2015/16, I didn't think it was popular, I watch it with my friend, but I never would have thought it's still going. Love Ninjago, Old and New💪

As someone who grew up with the Ninjago franchise. I have to say that it is better than RWBY.

I feel like a lot of people have been taking season 11 at face value. Although I agree it's got a bit of a pacing problem, I still enjoyed the first couple episodes of the season and many more after😁

This show was not only a masterful marketing tactic, but also a well-made story with valuable lessons and ever improving quality.

I agree with season11, I actually loved it, the filler and growing pains were intense, but I actually loved the serpentine, and Aspheera was unique, and she could easily face all of the ninja

That season kinda holds a special place in my heart. Not because it’s perfect, but because of its flaws, because as a writer (and a _big_ fan) I can analyze it and see what I’d change about it. And it’s cool to see each of the characters story arcs! I also love the parallels between Asphera and Akita, because both of them sought revenge, but Akita clearly didn’t wanna hurt anyone else, while Asphera was reckless

I agree with many of the points you brought up in this video, you really looked into the show and it represents how much you care about this series, and I respect you for that. One of the multiple things I would change about season 11 is that instead of Lloyd going to find Zane in the ice chapter I would replace him with Kai, seeing how this season was supposed to be focused on both Fire and Ice. Season 11 - Fire Chapter: Alright Season 11 - Ice Chapter: Decent Improvement Season 12: Amazing Season 13: Brilliant and Respectable One more thing, I will always love Ninjago, Old and New.

Man, where do I start?.....well I can say that for seeing Ninjago for 10 years I can say that my old childhood favorite is still going strong and Affecting the next generation positivity???!!! 😲 Wow I was not expecting that 😂😂😂 but for real tho Ninjago has been one of my childhood classics and despite already accepting and moving on to adulthood. I am happy to see that it's not only staying on buy getting stronger and stronger,like rider, it evolved from it's protoform into a continuous evolution of final forms of what it is and what it can be. R.I.P. Coles actor I wish I didn't hear that 😓 but I am at least glad to see what his career and all others have lead to a childhood classic into a current form of the next generation ❤️ Ninjago!!!🌪️

What?,someone who actually enjoys season 11 and no fan came to say he´s wrong?Now that´s new. Nice video mate!

S13 handled a lot of messages really well imo. Even the score. There's so many different parallels to uncover in it that you can always find something new on every rewatch. It's not too drawn out but not too fast paced which makes it easy and fun to watch. Lillies leitmotif for example started with just being associated with Lilly, but later on in the season it started being used for Cole as well as a variant using the French horn, then in the end it switches and it's used for Cole as well. The fight against the skull sorcerer has Coles and Vangelis' themes intertwine with eachother, using eachothers instruments, and it fits. It represents Coles inner conflicts and the outside conflict. Then when he unlocks the burst it becomes solely Lilly/Coles theme. The geckle song is sung to the melody of Lilly's leitmotif, the storytelling has multiple layers to it. It's just *chef's kiss* I also like how they snuck in Plundar being all charming and annoyed and stuff and him having the most relevance of the trio considering the DND inspiration XD

Don’t be afraid to love what you love. I experienced the same bullying as a kid for liking Power Rangers. If it makes you happy, that’s good enough. And if other people can’t see what makes it special, we’ll that’s their loss.

The WildBrain Era has some of the best continuity this show has ever seen. And it feels so natural.

I’ve been watching this show since 2016. And out of all the seasons, Seasons 8-10 (or the Oni and Dragon Trilogy), are my favorite seasons and trilogies of all time. Harumi is my favorite character in the show ever. And when ever I see her and Lloyd fight, I immediately think of Ranbu Escalation from Kamen Rider Gaim. They both want power for their own reasons. Lloyd wants power to protect others, while Harumi wants power to fill the hole in her heart after her parents death. It’s one of the best character songs I’ve heard in Kamen Rider, and it fits with the dynamic between Kouta/Lloyd and Kaito/Harumi.

i just want to say about season 11 is its cool how she got a new design after taking kai's power but i wouldve loved to see asphera with all of the ninjas elemental powers at some point just my opinion

I 100% agree with you, and you did a great job at piecing all of this stuff, But there are a few cons I have with some stuff. 11 WOULD have been my favorite season but I really think there needed to be more focus on Zane/ice Emperor, because I think they should have gone into how this effected him mentally, like you said he he spent 60 YEARS confirmed going against his ideals.. this would most Sertenly be a tamatic event for Zane, he is responsible for herting many people and you can't tell me that some people didn't die as a result of his actions... Yet this is brushed over entirely!. And I really thought 12 was going to be a jay season fr, He was 100% IN, HIS ELEMENT,! But no.. he was only in the spotlight at the start and very end of the season, Wich was a bit of a shame-_- but other than these I think there great and agree with this video:)💜👌

@@HesJulioCoolio well i can see the simularetys between the white part of the hood and the visor/face from lvl 1 and 2 action gamer and i guess tge setting and race are somewhat simmular to tron but i dont realy see it that way. But you can have your own opinion and i respect that.

I gotta admit I kinda got irritated how they had to keep changing the orrigins to the original spinjutsu master.. it sounds super complicated to me. Especially because apparently everything in the present m revolves around his actions. But I suppose it makes sense he did live a full life with a lot of different adventures. To me it just makes the time line really complicated.

ok hear me out: I get why prime empire was a Jay season bc video games and all that, but I actually think the one who could've most related to Unagami was _Lloyd._ that ending actually fell flat to me a bit because yes, Jay was abandoned as a child, but he 1. doesn't remember it, and 2. was given up to a loving family who raised him and supported him his whole life. it certainly stung later when he found out he was adopted, but he was arguably the most well-adjusted out of all the ninja at the beginning. Lloyd, on the other hand, was given up at an age where he presumably did remember it (recognizing both his parents later), probably not knowing why this had to happen, and to a "boarding school for bad boys," where he was later kicked out and ended up on the streets. because of all this he was trying to be a villain while he was still a child, until he was eventually found by the ninja, and Wu took care of him. he was THE ORIGINAL REFERENCE for "the best way to defeat your enemy is to make them your friend" and I just feel like he fits better. especially because all this time the show barely dealt with the fact that he should have like...major abandonment issues?? idk

l swear this . not matter what age l will never quit on ninjago. the good times or the bad but no it isn't a call back to colonialism. most civilizations did things like this using divide and conquer and all that stuff you said.if we use that logic if a tv show or movie showed dark shit happening on screen that happened in the past than that could be a call back by your logic.l would only call it a callback to European colonialism and slavery if it was the author's intention to do so (which l doubt or don't know) or if it's very very direct( the story's setting is literally in the 1600s - 1800s Honestly Cole has never been in the spotlight and he's finally gotten it. he was just always in background whilst dudes like jay and Zane getting spotlight for 3 season. Sensei wu has gone through a damn journey And has always been relevance can't even put it into words how good sensei wu is. The only problem l find with this is that it should probably find a way to finish and have a smooth conclusive ending and they need to find a way to solve the character spotlight/relevance problems. Since they're mixing it up they could even have more than 3 characters take the relevance throne Favorite season is probably season 8,9 and 10 might change( don't expect it too). Nice video btw

They look great, though I still need to watch the show first. I think my favorite might be the waterfall. It’s works as a great background for my other figures.

I did quite like season 11, but it definitley missed potential by making the ice emperor come back to being Zane way too quickly. and it did have a lot of filler. And I hated the first anime episode. I don't like Kaiju Protocol because it was filler, it was just bad. But I still love these new seasons.

It would be cool if for season 11 if the ice chapter any the fire chapter happens at the same time like if Kai, wu, jay androids were in ninjago and the rest being in the ice relm

To me, Ninjago will always stand with My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and Transformers (I think. You're correct actually! In Season 2, the ninja fought a group of pirates resurrected by Garmadon. But in season 6, the leading villain group was a different pirate army.

Why everyone calls that 2d garbage "anime". A cartoon can also be 2d. It doesnt even have a single anime element in it. Its just a disrespect to the medium of anime calling that 80s looking 2d animation an "anime".

Correction- after 15 seasons

Actually I’m gonna be real here Julio. I hated season 11. First half was not great at all. Sensei Wu acted out of character, acting very mean and aggressive towards the ninja. I know he can be a strict teacher but he just bullied them in the first episode. We unfortunately got Snake villains AGAIN! Aspherra was a bad antagonist. The second half where the traveled to the never realm to find Zane was better. That doesn’t change the fact tho that season 11 as a whole just sucked. After that I never watched the other seasons. I just lost interest in the show. Season 12 was doing some video game theme that I didn’t like. And season 13 looked like it was delving into medieval stuff that I think strays too far, even for Ninjago standards. The saga for Ninjago for me ended after March of the Oni. Every other season now is just pointless filler.

You can't say every season is pointless without watching it, we get a lot of character development and characters introduced that leave an impact. Also, Wu was literally always strict, this is not out of character for him

Just acting very rude. Dude these are more than your students they’re also your family. And this is how you treat them now? You weren’t this aggressive in earlier seasons.

@@skylandersfan6954 look regardless of how you think Wu acted before, my point stands. Ninjago is essentially done for me. The series had a conclusion with March of the Oni. It should’ve ended there. Even if I wanted more seasons, some of the directions they’re taking now don’t interest me. Like I said with Season 12. The literally went into a video game world. That is not a cool concept to me. Season 3’s futuristic city theme was more unique. Then season 13 now they’re back to fighting skeletons and, goblins? Trolls? Idk what they are. But now they’re all wearing knight armor which imo doesn’t work because of the fact that the series is centered around NINJAS. Don’t bring in medieval concepts. I only watched the first half of season 14, I need to finish it. I have no intentions of watching season 15. It looks boring as hell.
