    Ninja van has gotten worse… 3 times in a row now they say Delivery Failed - no-one home, WTF… I’m in a hotel with 24 hr reception, and no-one has tried to deliver …they are now useless … every time complain and nothing happens just apologies

    Ninja van in Indonesia (also known as Ninja Xpress) had applied an unfair commission policy to its partners following the increasing oil prices on September 2022. All Ninja Xpress outlets protested against this new scheme. They are hoping that the board of Directors to re-evaluate the scheme to ensure fairness in running their business.

    NinjaVan's a joke. Of the 7 parcels I've received from them, 4 were received after midnight (delivery guy didn't even bother contacting), and the other 3 arrived in terrible shape (these 3 parcels were from friends, they've assured me that the boxes were totally fine when sent out). The ads really downplay how horrible the service is, and the help center doesn't really "help" at all. A staff named Aiman was really rude to me when asked about why the parcel was still not delivered despite it being close to midnight. If you can't afford to hire more competent staff then at least run them through a more comprehensive course on being responsible delivery guys, if not decent human beings. 0/10 then, and 0/10 now. Shopee's delivery system trumps NinjaVan any day.

    Using a Japanese branding to earn a righteous stand when your courier is the shittiest and horrible delivery riders who don’t adhere to instructions. Dumping the parcels on the grounds. Boycott this company! Shame on you all! Janio and Qexpress are so much credible and service oriented.

    Just interviewed with them 3 times for a finance position. Absolutely garbage working culture there - turned their offer down

    Search for "Ninja van, Singapore, feedback". You will know everything. Dishonest and unprofessional. Amazon and ECMS will lose credibility and customers unless they improve working style.     The first time when I received a delivery from Ninja Van (way before covid-19 time), I turned down the unplaced order. I never heard of Ninja Van during that time. I thought it was a scam as I had not placed an order online but it was addressed to my location address and cash on delivery(more than RM150/- ++). Don't known what happened after that. Was it a scam when you or your family confirmed that no body ordered anything online ?? My son was below 18yrs old then and my wife is not familiar with online order. Later a friend told me that Ninja Van do exist. What a surprise.. and I saw the shop venue at Gala City, Kuching if not mistaken.
