Ninja Speedi Pepper Steak & White Rice together in 20min
Ninja Speedi Pepper Steak
1lb top round or flank Steak
1 green & red pepper sliced
1 onion slices
1 cup of uncle Ben's rice
1 cup of water with a tap of oil
put rack on lower position
add foil(heavy duty is better)
add meat Pepper & onions
*315(I did 350) for 15min on Speedy meals
take out rice
sear on saute high
add 1/4 cup of your favorite ginger sauce
and 3 teaspoons of corn starch to cup and add water to cover and add to sauce
let come to a boil
add meat & peppers for 30secs and turn off and let sit for 5min

Trying your recipe tonight using fresh chicken breast strips instead. Also want to try this recipe using shrimp then stir frying the cooked rice adding a raw egg that has been slightly scrambled. Looks good but rice never comes out good in Speedi no matter what I do. It's burn on bottom but still hard and burns even the water is still there. So I got my self a Bear 3 cups pressure cooker just for rice and that works great for me. The rest I'm doing in Speedi and I like that.

@@COOKINGWITHDOUG I don't know why but my rice never comes out. So I do rice separately and other stuff no matter what I do in Speedi. Maybe you should check it out that Bear rice cooker. Even in this recipe you pull out rice to the side to finished the rest of stuff. So why not cook separate any way.
