I bought a large composter a few years back for this reason. I also add my coffee grounds and vegetable scraps. Because I have no grass clippings to add, once decomposed I mix in peat moss before spreading. Otherwise it is too high in nitrogen and kills the plants. I learned this the hard way.

Dry it out and blend it to make fruit and vegetable powders to add fiber and vitamins to everything.
