Zuchini carrot pineapple grape fruit orange Tropical dream come true. And you dont have to do 80/20 all the time. Do one all fruit like desert and then one all vegetable like a soup and throw an apple in it if its to bitter. And celery has so many oxalates in it, its better to do celery with calcium so you dont kill your kidneys and organs. You know what enjoy life. Juice a whole pineapple and eat a salad 💋
Thanks for this informative info about this juicer. I have a Ventray but I’m looking to up grade . This Kuving just may be the one. I started juicing to to get extra healthy food in me. I’ve had three heart attacks, stents and open heart by pass. since i started juicing it became a hobby. My health sky rocked . I no longer am taking 12 pills but down to just three basic. No more blood pressure pills or cholesterol . I will get this juicer as i look to upgrade just not my juicer but me health. Thanks for your recipes

Thank you very much. I just subscribed, and I love how you get right to the point. Yesterday, I got my first cold press juicer from my sister, and my first juice was beets and celery. You definitely have to get used to the taste, but I think you have to mix and match what you like. I did cucumber, lemon, ginger, and a half-green apple (I want to stay away from fruit) but wanted just a bit of sugar. I loved it so much.

Hi and love your channel. I am a new subscriber. Question. I combine 7 ingredients for my morning juicing. I am unsure if it's too much to process. Can you help me by giving some advice on what is safe to juice on a daily basis and if I am using too many ingredients. Here's what I use..... 1. Beets (two each) 2. Cucumbers (2 each) 3. Celery (6 stalks) 4. Fuji Apples (2 each) 5. Ginger Root (less than three grams) 6. Carrots (7 each) 7. Blueberries (2 cups) This is to aid me in digestive health and combat hypertension and lastly to build my immune system. IS THIS TOO MUCH FOR A 7 DAY SUPPLY OF JUICING?????!!!!!!

Hello, Where can I buy the book??
I’ve tried the broccoli, apples, pears & cantaloupe plus chia seeds. As I didn’t found honeydew. It’s taste amazing. I didn’t even know that you can use that many vegetables on a juicer & taste amazing. Definitely i’ll try them all. Thanks alot! I’m new in this juicer stuff so i need to try out more things.
Bro but how much of each vegetable & fruit?
Fruit is the only food that cleanses your body of waste while nourishing it at the same time! FRUIT IS THE BEST FOOD FOR HUMANS Fruits have the highest amounts of anti-oxidants and astringent properties of all foods. Their sugars are slow burning, but powerful. They will enhance the vitality of cells faster than any other food, and with much less digestive effort. They also have the highest electrical properties of any other food.
Fruits heal the body, Vegetables rebuild. It's no such thing as to much sugar, When it comes to natural fruits That's what gives the body energy all day everyday.

I don’t see why not. Just make sure your juicer can handle frozen produce. Might want to let them thaw a bit first

Hah Toché. I meant that it’s pretty easy to tell if something can be juiced or not. Generally when you bite into an apple, juice drips, same with carrots. Haven’t tried that yet but might give it a go! I’ve used the sorbet attachment with bananas and that worked well
