Hello guys. I'd seen that sweet plum sauce somewhere in the asian food section in some grocery stores here in Puerto Rico. The trick for that model fast cooking is the smaller basket. The same 1760 watts of power found on bigger units distributed over a smaller space.

We’ve reviewed roughly 25 air fryers. In my opinion, the shape of the basket doesn’t change the cook at all. Marc

You could cook a steak in anything, technically. Get a meat probe that stays in during the cook to monitor it, and you should be fine. Thanks for watching! - J

12 minutes for frozen fries is NOT impossible. In fact, my Power XL air fryer only takes 12 minutes to AF Bowl & Basket crinkle cut fries
