NINJA CREAMI DOLE WHIP!

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

NINJA CREAMI DOLE WHIP! I finally broke down and fired up my Ninja Creami to make us some of our family favorite Dole Whip. Really simple to do, just takes time to get the mix frozen. Turned out perfect, just like what we get at Disneyland!

You don't need to buy the pre mix stuff. All you need is a can of crushed pineapple with the juice, 2 table spoons of vanilla pudding mix, and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. put in container, stir and freeze. Then use ninja creami. Why buy the mix when you can make it fresh.

We've had a Ninja Creami for about 2 weeks now and making ice cream almost every day. Too me, it is absolutely an ice cream maker. Just different technology, different process. I usually make "lite" ice creams and nobody I know of would dispute that what I am serving them is ice cream. I grew up near Philadelphia, and we know our ice cream; but you can occasionally teach an old dog new tricks. Woof.

I've got 6 of my 7 pints in the freezer - I have made Dole Peach Sorbet, Dole Pineapple Sorbet, Banana Sorbet, and Strawberry Sorbet (from fresh strawberries using the recipe in the book) -- all were great! I've better luck with sorbets but I have made a killer Chocolate Mocha ice cream. Since I switched from their "base" to using half & half and whole milk, the ice cream comes out better. The cream cheese base felt greasy on the roof of my mouth. I have a decibel meter app on my phone, and it hit 90db making sorbet.

According to the description on Amazon, the Dole Whip Pineapple comes in a 4.4lb package and the package says it makes 2 gallons (or 16 pints). Thus if you take 4.4 pounds of dry Dole Whip which equals 70 oz, you would need 4.4oz per pint of the Dole Whip. At about $30 for the Dole Whip, it costs less than $2 per pint!! Its got two sharp blades and two blunt and mechanically behaves like a drill press. Super awesoem video, you have a ton of charisma and are great to watch! Also, commenting for the algorithm, etc.

To get the sorbet consistency, I found that I usually have to do a re-spin. I've made sorbet from bananas (usually takes 4 medium or 3 large bananas - pint does not have to be full!), Peach sorbet (cut up Dole Peaches slices in Heavy Syrup - from the recipe book), Pineapple sorbet (made from Dole Pineapple chunks in heavy syrup from the recipe book), and Apple Cinnamon Sorbet (made by dumping Cinnamon flavored apple sauce into a pint).
