It really helps with the whole 'chicken and the egg' scenario, and can prevent some poor soul trying something reeaally dodgy and unsafe as you try to progress along the path towards a decent workshop set-up. Very nice, also seen them made from giant nails very cool but made from drill bit has got to be the best yet, add some ninja rocks aka broken ceramic and porcelain and your really good.

Not gonna argue the craftsmanship is there, but why not just use large carpentry spikes? The have the cool ardox twist, are already pointy, and if you just cut the head off you have the almost exact same thing but probably only spent like 4.00 for ten and ten min time? That way if you hit a Rock they are easily Sharpened and can be replaced with another 30 cent nail. If you lose one.
