Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
(Updated info below)
A dear friend collecting his freshly, custom built, rhd, 993 RSR by Ninemeister.
Then a blat around Brands Hatch, NOT by the owner in the video clip but a racing driver.
Music - VNV Nation 'Ghosts'
These are the typical questions cropping up so I thought I'd get some answers for you guys.
1: What was the car originally?
2: What kind on engine is he running, sounds naturally aspirated but sounds larger than usual ?
3: Don't like to be vulgar but how much would something like this cost altogether?
4: Can u tell me what year is this awesome porshce?
5: What are these small "intakes" next to the signal lamps?
1: A RHD 993 rs , damaged on track . re shelled , seam welded , fully rollcaged , motorsport spec body .
2:. 3.8 na 993 rs engine running nine meister heads , gt3 rsr crank , trick rockers and other secret shit
3: To this quality around the price of a new 997 gt3 rs ( depending on what parts you already own )
4: Built in 2009

This is where I get down on my knees and salute a piece of art. And the sound....the SOUND!!!! Porsche - Fahren in seiner schönsten Form.
Words can't describe. I am a HUGE fan of that car. Passing on the outside on that uphill right hand sweeper looks pretty nerve wracking.
This... is my favorite video on KZread. Ever. That... is the most beautiful-sounding 993 I have ever heard. I would probably break down and friggin' start crying if I got within 50 feet of that car. Thank you for this upload (and for the very high quality of it).
Nothing can beat the 930, 964 and de 993. The best Porsches ever made. I love the air-cooled flat-6!
Thanks for clearing that up. I always hate seeing beautiful cars abused like toys because someone wrote out a fat check. I must say though, that is one of the sexiest 993s I have ever seen - bar none. I got goosebumps the first time I saw this film.
Most beautiful 993 I ever laid my eyes on. Car........10/10 Video....10/10 BTW, props to all those Ferraris & Lamborghinis on the track. It's nice seeing these cars doing what they were designed for, unlike some who treat them as garage queens & trophies.
No wonder why people say that 993s are the best 911 until now... great video, great car!
@1koenner The thing is, a car is a car, sure it's been built with passion but it's been built for stomping around the track. They need to get used, sometimes abused and made (repaired) better for it :)
Nice to see someone driving the car properly. Porsches aren't for pussyfooting around in. It was all over those exotics.
This is the most beautiful 911 I have ever seen. My jaw dropped when I saw this video for the first time. If I had deep pockets, this is what I would build.
Looks fun as hell! Happy to see a car like this being used properly - to its potential.
What a wonderful Super Beetle...... That thing Overtook the Spaghetti F430 in the outside of the corner......
everytime i get sad at the direction the world is heading, i watch this video and it brings me hope, knowing that there is still something pure out there...
Best 993 I have seen in my entire life. Best video of a porsche made that I have seen in my entire life. Thanks.
Really is a lovely looking 993, saw 1 the other day on the road. I prefer this styling over some of the later cars. It's just about perfect.
Definitely one of the trickest 993s out there. Great video too! Thanks for sharing.
WOW. I used to club race a stock class 3.2L 911 CS (1989-ROW), as well as instruct for the Motorsports Club of Beverly Hills. Brands Hatch clearly outshines Willow Springs! More to the point; I LOVED watching that arrogant arse in the Ferrari (seeing him tap his brakes at the apex while under attack, & shift lines to block a better driver in a faster car made me want to reach into the monitor screen and slap him.) run out of low class/low skill moves & get passed, was priceless! Nice pass too!
Amazinnnng car. The 993 is my favorite look. Soo classic and defined, but laid back cool.
A lot of people miss the air-cooled era of 911, but at least 997 has one of the best interior of its class.
What a car and what an experience spitting the also rans out. Superb video. Thanks!
bad boy bmw at 4.35. One of the best track day videos I've seen on KZread. I must admit, if I'd just picked up that lovely new car and then gave the keys to a driver, I'd be pretty scared shitless with all those other cars on the track! PS - it sounds evil!
man this thing is awesome.. One of the most beautiful porsches around and it goes like a spear. Congrats!
That is one of the best 911(993) i have seen in a long time. The power is incredible. I would have loved to have seen that,. I am at brands alot, so hopefully I'll see it for real one day.
great sound! I love the sound of ITBs!
best fucking porsche i've ever seen in my life,
Looks like Brands Hatch to me. Excellent sound and video by the way. Post more videos like this one mate. Cheers
I'm addicted to the sound of that engine.
My friend has a 1995 3.8 RS worth about $250g.. and climbing. Black with only 5k miles on it. what a nice car.
love the variable valve timing noise
awesome vid and i love the pass on the outside of the ferrari @ 4:17-4:18
An amazing car....superb in every way. I'm very jealous!
That is one beautiful 993!
maybe a bit BUT when he catches up on the car in front, it clearly indicates that his laps are faster. Hence the person in front should let him go by instead of trying to go faster and blocking him like that red 430! It is common courtesy.
I love it ... sweet ride...
very nice....and a bit chaotic of a track day! :)
Best variable valve Porsche I have ever heard. It has P-Tec rofl.
love that car man sounds great
Engine sounds fantastic!
Was there any Flag Staff on duty during that track day? The Porsche looks great. That bodymodel is my favorite.
This looks sinister, awesome.
993's are great, this RSR is on another level
STUNNING
amazing video
simply awesome
Stunning
Great video...
Is the 993 GT2? Amazing video and car...congrats!!
Impresionante
nice car my friend!!!!
Passing the ferrari was just heaven!!!
@8rapid2x Using the signals on track days is normal. Slow drivers do it to help more daring drivers know where they're going to place themselves on the track.
very nice car, black is the right colour. looks mint :0)
@Miguelsr1rst Well technically 2009, as I mentioned it was FULLY custom built from an empty shell. But the original chassis is a 993.
amazing car, does that have a full roll cage, or half?
the driver is a typical track day hero....stay away from this guy
Nice driving.
@911myporsche Yeah these cars are great, and still fetch like 130,000+ for them. this GT2 is wicked, and the song from VNV nation goes well with the black demon of a car.
It was a 993 GT2 shell I believe, then built from the ground up over 12 months or so I think. (will confirm that, and add in info panel)
One of the best 911's ever... true to its roots... not sure where the 997 is going?
@EroticarTV I believe Murray993 is making a derogatory comment in order to give the impression that he himself could do much better, this I seriously doubt. Incredible car, I'm very jealous and a brilliant video thanks for sharing it with us. do you have any more?
pure skills
5:29 "Mustang, this is Ghostrider 117. I have three enemies at 2 hours. Requesting permission to stomp them like cockroaches!"
N/A is the way to go with a 993
this 993 is amazing. Any chance you know the name of this awesome song?
7 dislikes were from the drivers on the track terrorized by this beast.
@Murray993 The driver at Brands Hatch doesn't own it but a very experienced racing driver. The owner asked if he'd like a go. But why do you think it's poor driving ?
Proper bo mate, lovely!
What could be the total cost (if you dont mind me asking) of such a custom built, what could be the total cost of the project ?...In my opinion this could be one of the best 911's I have ever seen, exterior, interior and of course the iconic flat six sound.
@jcadlols As I mentioned a few times, the guy driving in the vid isn't the owner, actually one of the track day organisers who is also a professional racing driver. ;-)
@madmaxstinger I'll try to, just finding time to pick it all up again.
@8rapid2x Could be track day company policy, accidental or just being considerate to say 'I know you're back there and I'm moving'.
i love this vid
Hey guys, just letting you know I've had some questions answered for you today, check out the info box above.
Is this a modified 993 RS, or did it start life as a standard Carrera? Nice Alloy Rims.
muito bom, corri junto com o piloto
I enjoyed it
It does say in the description box but just for you... VNV Nation 'Ghosts'
That is One Most bad ass Custom Made 911 ever. Anyway Did He build Himself or He has His own team. Just Want to know It Thou.
@positivealtitude Hi. It was a Sanyo Xacti HD1010 (some better ones out now I believe). Heh, only blurred to respect the owners wishes.
Shit its fast! Any performance figures??
dang!
coisaa linda.... wo loco....
I'll double check for you but I'm fairly sure that it was the shell of a 993 GT2, a completely bare shell !
@ledgendsrus Hopefully once the weather clears up. :-)
I SECOND THAT.
wow i love the 993 it costs more than my 997!!!!
Beautiful car, one thing though, you should probably run with a quicker group. Also, try not to be too aggressive when overtaking at a time event. :)
this 993 is perfect and just plain evil !
L' arme fatale est la Porsche 993 RSR Ninemeister avec 425 chevaux atmosphériques pour un joli poids de 1150kg.le moteur est un flat 6 de 3,8l refroidi par air et surmonté de six papillons d’admission.
Hi I just want to know what year was the 993?
The only issue for that driver was all the slow cars in front of him. He didn't toss the car off the road, did he?
My 2000 Boxster S motor blew a few days ago at 148,000miles. Bearing went and metal all through my motor. Im in the market for a 993. I took such precise care of that car and the fucker blew. I mean did run it hard. My daily driver. I still cant believe it blew up on me. left me stuck on a fuckin hill. in the rain. Easy to push though. lol
Its the Stig.
Was it the fastest car on the track that day? It's a wonderfull car,and if it wasn't the fastest,I'd still would have chose it of all the cars there!!
@zeroethics It's an N/A engined car :)
What a beauty. Thats what they were made to do..thrash them it loves it cant u tell?
Were these models still air cooled?
@RTjetta Well the 'driver' is the track day company owner, so he can be as cocky as he likes :)
@rock3tcat yep
is ninemiester a porsche tuner or they just do bodywork kits and make the car sound better.do they do engine tuning
