Good comparison and I would agree with your analysis, but I would add that Niu should feel safer for an average user with better lights and slightly bigger wheels and more stable deck (with tape instead of rubber). While overall F40 seems better indeed, Niu scooter offers more value - I just ordered one for my girlfriend from official producer website for just 324 euro... That's much lower than I'd have to pay for F40 and I am getting 2 years of EU warranty for a piece of mind too. So I'd say for better bang for your buck - check Niu

Which scooter battery will last longer?

Theyre almost the same. Only 2wh difference between them.
So if i do a speed hack on niu kqi2 pro eu from 25km to 32km it will damage the battery? And the same thing for f40 , will it damage the battery if I change it to 30 kph?

It will decrease your range and increase heating up controller.
