Vinay is gold. To be presenting a “clear, compelling and concise” narration one has to feel the story in his heart. I am jumping to write this comment, at his first interlude itself. The guy sparkles ✨ 👌 English, Telugu, Sanskrit ..! Until now that is. ..! 👌👏

Seeing people who are so young being so deeply involved in our culture warms up the heart. I am so thankful that our culture is in safe hands.

As always Shri Vinay Varanasi has brought to us a beautiful compilation of Saint Thyagaraja's Kritis and compositions. Although I had learnt many of these Kritis, till now I didn't understand the emotional context of these Kritis, the different stages in the life of Thyagaraja Swamy and his feelings at those times which came out as his compositions. Congratulations and kudos to Shri Vinay Varanasi, and his team of musicians who have performed this concert🎉🎉🎉

The person who is narrating the Katha of tyagaraja,he is like another suka Maharshi.. Because His eyes and hands are also narrating the Katha very lovely...And the other participants also did a great job...I'm only 19 years old Where do I have to search for him(Rama)??. I got injuries from my responsibilities , Because I am a boy and I have to earn ...How can I reach you Rama.. I think, I have spent a very emotional day , listening to this amazingly beautiful narration of Sri Thayagaraja Swamy 's emotional connection to his Lord Sri Ramachandra towards whom he has nothing but Bhakthi , takes the liberty of insulting the Lord subtly , through his compositions for not giving him the DARSHAN, as well narrated by Sri Vinay Varanasi & well executed by Sri Srivathsan thro' his singing ability ! I am overwhelmed with enormous joy , after listening to this one of a kind performance by this young & talented team of musicians , all thanks to the Madrasana officials! Today, being my mother-in-law 's 1st annual ceremony , I am dedicating this wonderful experience that I had of listening to Sri Thyagaraja 's compositions, into her 💖 Lotus feet

What a content rich, unique programme! The narration brought out completely new perspectives on Ninda and Ananda Kritis of Saint Thiagaraja.The vocalist, violinist and mridangist have done a marvelous job. Getting the rasikas involved into singing Rama Namam is so wonderful. The appreciation of an elderly 90 year old woman, a connoisseur of music is so heartening because the team richly deserves this. I can not thank the team enough for putting together such a refreshing and memorable programme.

Aesthetic and brilliant video of exposition of the concept chosen for the programme and followed by rendering of the aptly chosen Krithis of Sathguru Sri Thyagaraja swami- a great tribute to the Saint Composer, at the time of his 256th anniversary by the Two young - one a narrator and a vocalist and very well supported by the accompanying artists. "Blissful" is one word to summarise how I felt after listening! Vinay's storytelling/narration shines more & more with each performance! He has truly captured all the emotional drama between the saint and the Saviour from ninda to ananda/ecstasy! Simple, pure & melodious music flows from Srivatsan ably supported by Visvesh & Vinod on the violin & mridangam.

Absolutely loved the narration by Vinay.. It was so interesting, and I didn't want the presentation to end.. lovely musical accompaniments as well.. I whole heartily second the appreciation received from the 90 year old rasika who mirrored my thoughts.. I'm so happy that the treasures of Thyagaraja swami, the carnatic composers and the richness of their compositions are not lost on the younger generations because we have Storytellers like Vinay : ) Excellent presentation, and thanks Mad rasana for bringing this gem to us.. loved it and looking forward to more of these..

As always analyzing the compositions of Shri Thyagaraja as to how could one be so attached to his Ishtadeivam. Great rendition by everyone. Keep up the great work. What a depth of knowledge . Amidst listening with tears flowing uncontroablly, just at the very thought of Rama, my Ishta deiva too, who has done many many miracles in my life too. Thank you...I am blessed to hear these kritis and their fantastic interpretation..A lovely look at the great relationship between the Saint and Rama.Bhakti is also beautifully explained. Singing was soulful and melodious...the accompanists enhanced the whole programme.

One of the most blissful and heavenly musical 1:30:57 exposition of Saint Tbyagaraja Kritis. Have heard the kritis so often, but the brilliance with which Vinay brings about the Bhavna behind each Kriti is simply overwhelming. Srivathsan's rendering of the kritis is excellent ably supported by the violinist and mridangam really is soul elevating! Pure Ananda!!!

Very inspired creation by Vinay and Srivatsan is very unique and commendable. The listeners are transported to a different plane of appreciation and enjoyment. Thanks to the team for this great experience.
