Vinay Varanasi's story telling is so damn good. It makes the concert engaging and adds a lot of energy.

Beautiful episode. As usual Varanasi is at his best in story telling. The songs and the connection with the theme is brilliant Ravae himagirikumar is superb selection. Sri Shyama Sastri would have been very happy listening to the story narration of Sri. Vinay Varanasi and blessed him. Great singing 👌 👏 Violin and percussionists are also great. Thanks

Look at the deekshinyam in the eyes of the narrator. Well blessed group ..both. Singers and Listeners.

Very nice episode. After helping Ratnavati she asks Shiva why did he come as her mother not as Shiva in his original form. Shiva replies her saying even hundreds of Shiva can replace a mother for a daughter in that stage of her life. So He came in the form of her mother

Shri mahabalagirinivasini is a Harikeshanallur Muthiah Bhagavathar song in raga Sarangamalhar, a raga created by the brilliant vaggeyakara himself! P[uliancode]P[arameswara Panicker]Narayanakurup Kanthikumar in Calif thanking the singers for including this rare song.

Very nicely compiled the concept and very divine rendering. Wonderful percussion support. Very pleasant to listen

They must have added Giriraja suta tanaya and Kattedura vaikuntamu both having reference to mountains. May be some other time. Excellent kacheri with superb commentary by Vinay. The quality of audio recordings of this series had gone to new heights.
