All those singers are Nina Hagen. There isn’t a guy singing. lol. She’s one in 1 million
It's basically an anti-heroin song. Please don't be afraid to do more Nina HA-gen, not HAY-gen. She is a very versatile singer who has, I believe, a 3 or 4 octave range voice. She has done punk, disco, house music, Hindu chants, Big Band era, and, currently, Christian-themed music. Some of my favorites are: "Born in Xixax", "Hand Grenade", "Revolution Ballroom", "Universal Radio", and "Return of the Mother".
She did sing the german version of "the Nightmare Before Christmas" so Halloween is a good call. NINA is not for everybody, but her punk operatic vocals are unmatched.
Brad, there were no dudes in this video singing. That was all Nina! What she can do with her throat gymnastics is amazing.
She has some of the wildest and craziest music around. She's been around since the 70s and still making music.
