In most games retreating defenders take a beating but Warlord and Hidden did a very good job of it using their Cav. to screen the retreat. I thing this was key not in the massive amount of units they had/saved ( can't help to bring over more men) it also slowed their enemy giving their allies the opportunity to defeat their opponents. Then they shifted the Cav. to help in this, well done!

cav in a siege is a bit more common now and it that sort of thing shows why

Great the defenders managed to get it under control after the first couple break thru. Always good to see Elves getting a win.

I will miss the green glowy look that the Barrow Wights used to have but the new model is pretty sick.

I think this is probably better, some lighting made the old barrow wights look like a minty shde of green which was a bit odd ^^

I had a proper look at them recently during a battle and they still have that ghoulish shade to their skin, just with the black colour returned to their clothing so I think it is the best of both worlds yeah.

That Isengard Ballista not getting utilized 1st was a major bummer for attackers. Never seemed to get it's purpose fulfilled. You don't want to loose too much ammo early on, but "if you don't use it, you loose it" -- Taking out any defenders (a lot of quality) is an upside for attackers. Lol, minute 56:30, the last of the Mohicans, the lone Barrow White in the background, slowly charging forward to attack back of the Elves. Hahahahaha, that was funny, as all the other chaos was from Isengard & Mordor in the frontal attack.

Great play from defenders, but trolls do still look a little too indestructible for my taste.

Lothlorien is looking to be a very effective and high tier faction in this new patch.

the throwing axes give them a damage dealing dimension which makes them more thn slightly weaker imladris with 1 AP unit

good grief! defenders actually won one, despite trolls

Lothlorien has benefited a lot from the changes made to them in the new patch even if I thought them losing the split shots was a big loss but it seems it got compensated effectively.Rohan seems just like before or maybe because this battle wasn’t cavalry heavy they couldn’t show their strength.

yeah it wasnt a great setup for them, they did better in a previous map where you could see their cav augment a siege attack

Just little dissapoint of Angmar from Death Panda, he could push and broke elves easily and even when troll of white hand was attacking the elves archer, the Agnmar did not push to contribute.

He tried to push before that already and failed, he then didn’t have any high mass pushing units left, so he couldn’t try another push.
