Not to boil or actually cook the lemons with juice, which can reduce the amount of vitamin C and diminish their nutrients gradually. Any way cooking with retaining amount of nutrition is left to individual choice.

ರಸದ ಸಮೇತ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಕಹಿ ಬರುತ್ತೆ. ರಸವನ್ನು ಕುದಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ . ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಹಾಕಬಹುದು.
