You have to change type of making potato palya, not to squash potato that much. Paste type is not tasty. Need more onions.

Nandini is the cheapest branded ghee and butter. Quality is worst nowadays, all hotels use the nandini ghee and show the gimmicks.

With can accumulate creams after boiling milk, v can prepare butter & ghee in our house. It will be good instead of purchasing ghee.
