Since its said that the truss work is for the front portion only, it'd have been beneficial if you had shown the terrace area and the truss work from the terrace. Very nice looking house and maintained well for a one year old house. And why no boundary wall and a front gate?

Very nice ofcourse. What about WATER availability. Well water or pipe water supply. If well water is it available during summer?. Is the house located in a FLOODING area. Another question is where is provision for drying the clothes during MONSOON ????. Many houses are for SALE because they are FLOOD HIT ZONE. The WELL used to dry up during SUMMER. HOUSES ARE FOR SALE!!???????
